Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Went to Perkins this morning got brought to our booth right away. Booth was covered with food and a sticky residue. Asked employee if we could get the booth wiped off. Employee grabbed a rag wiped my side off and not the other side. Employee did not come back to dry the booth off, so I sat on a wet booth after I tried to dry it off the best I could with my sweatshirt. We waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us which nobody did. We watched another table get sat down and had help right away. We left after that and let them know why we left, very disappointed.

The cook, Eric, made my burger and fries just the way it looks on the menu. It was delicious!!! The service was great too.

The server needs more focus on the customer. I will be back.

We had takeout the last 2 Sundays. On the first Sunday, the eggs were not cooked correct. This last Sunday order was wrong and not enough food for the price. So small amount, even pancakes are smaller.

Waitress was not overly friendly

Condiment container of fruit. Not a side of fruit. Pancakes were not silver dollar way too big for a child's meal. My son gets overwhelmed by if there is too much food. I love perkins when they get it right though ! Just a little disappointed.

Pleasant, clean restaurant, nicely updated. The food was good, except my omelette came without the cheese I had ordered in it. So, it was dry and lacking in flavor. Our waitress was unfriendly, we felt like we were bothering her. Perhaps she was having a bad day. But, it dampened our experience. The hostess was also very brusque. Sad

Tried to order iced tea after waiting for my drink was told they were out, Was also told they did not have lemonade or Dr Pepper. I suggested did you have Coke? She said yes so I ordered a Coke. . ordered the rib special and the ribs came out ice cold, Had to send them back so they could microwave it. They microwaved the entire plate, ribs, and mashed potatoes altogether never saw a manager, just the white staff upon checking out. I asked for the manager and was told there was no manager in the building.. Service wasn’t bad but she should have known what items they were out of instead of having to run to the back and check to see if they had them and then come back out and tell me about it

We order our food and 30 mins later it finally comes out and everything ice cold from sitting so long our server a young kid was not a great server sat with empty glasses for the whole meal without him coming in to check on us. One of the worst visits I've had at Perkins Brayden was his name he should have to do more training on customer service and his job in general.
