This subway has screwed me over countless times now. Any time you order through the app something is either wrong or missing. The employees tell you the only way to get a refund is through the app, which is a lie because there's not. I hope this place gets shut down tbh.

I ordered online 3 foot longs and a salad. 3 footlongs were ok. The salad...no lettuce. Couldn't even eat the salad but I was home already and couldn't go back out. Called the store and got...ok...asked what they could do...comment was call in the morning.

3 out if the 4 times I've ordered from this location the sub was wrong. This time they put the toppings from my kids sub on my sub and his sub, which wouldn't be the worst but the garlic aioli tasted like someone dropped a container of powdered garlic on the sub. I couldn't eat it. The two other times they saw black pepper and put black olives instead. At least I could pick those off. Maybe this location should just let customers behind the counter to make the sub.

Had a BUG in my sub. I know other people from the area who have said that they have had bugs in there subs from this location aswell. Lets just say I will not be returning. If I could do 0 stars I would.

This is the 3rd time in a row that I have come in to this location that they have not had Italian herb and cheese bread. It’s 6:30pm and out of all but 1 type of bread. Idk what’s going on at this location but with how often it happens, you’d think something would change. I work in the food service industry and if you are consistently running out of the same thing for months on end , you’d think some type of prep adjustment would take place but no. Sad to see a good eating lose customers over something that is so easily fixed.

Awkward location; no where to turn around. The drive thru was down so we went in which was fine. Pretty decent speed of service based on the long line. The condiments staff put an insane amount of mayo on my sub and same with my son's honey mustard. The new 12 inch cookie was delicious! ?

I’ve tried to give this place 3 chances. And each time has been pitiful.First time, I came in to work on homework and got a sub and drink. After 15 min they told me no loitering. I was still eating. They still asked me to leave. I was also the only one here.Second time I ordered online. Obviously since they don’t like people inside. I went in at the time specified. I asked about the sandwich after 5 min and they said they’d put it on the rack when done. Well another 15 min goes by and they said they never got my order. Then I see it sitting behind the counter with the time it was finished. Which was on time but they didn’t bring it out or give it to me when I asked if it was done.Third time, today. Me and my girlfriend wanted to use a coupon. We went inside and waited for 10 min for anyone to even talk to us. They saw us but were on their phones. I decided to wait to be passive aggressive.What a joke of a place.

What Subway doesn't serve meatballs after 6 pm. Went in because last time I went they messed up an online order. Go in to order a meatballs sub got told they don't serve those after 6. What a joke.
