Brought in a coupon for an $8.99 footlong meal that I just cut out of the paper that I got in the mail like 4 days ago. Apparently it was already redeemed even tho I haven’t used it and the best they could was give me a dollar off. So I ended up paying $11 for just a footlong instead of the $8.99 meal I should have gotten considering I never used that coupon. Absolutely ridiculous

My kids and I dined at subway in New York Mills. The employees were top notch as always. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I was having a good day. And talked with my kids as we were ordering. Went here at 8:50pm when sign says open until 9pm and the sign still said open but the door was locked. Could see the employees making themselves subs and even came up to shut the open sign off at 8:55. If you're open until 9pm then you should be open until 9pm. There was 3 cars that pulled up and then left because they closed early. This was after a high school sporting event and teenagers are hungry. Lost at least 10 orders but the employees don't seem to care so I guess I wouldn't eat here if they don't care because they definitely aren't going to care about making your sub.

Gal who was working had an awful attitude. She was throwing the food back into the containers, with attitude. You can clearly see the sandwich was made with no care, and with attitude. It's drowning in mayo, and has no lettuce.Understanding everyone has a bad day, but go home, otherwise get over it and do not take it out in a paying customer. Especially with prices as high as they are.
