The food was piping hot and correct, very satisfied, but was totally confused at the drive through, was told to pull ahead (no one behind us) and there was not identifiers where to go. It's not McDonald's with big signs. We watched the staff member bring the food out and he looked just as confused as us.
Just more direction on where to wait or some signage would really be helpful.

There is something not right about this Burger King. It is like it has fallen off the face of the earth. Filthy, disgusting and gross are three words that describe our encounter here. Definitely not eating the food. It is pretty bad when your children notice things. From the smell, to the pop station, to the counters and tables to the old dirty napkins on the floors, to the sticky tile and the bathrooms - ugh. You can close this one down.

BK is BK, but here the food is always hot, & the service we get is superb. I have a big family, and our occasional order always takes a bit of time with some back & forth with the person taking my order. These guys are always chill, super helpful, and we've never had any problems with our big orders.
