Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m a regular here. i ordered my regular bowl and someone ended up adding Queso to it. they asked if i wanted to toss it and i said yeah. people behind me went in front of me because they didn’t remake my bowl, so i had to hop back in line just to reorder because of their mistake. they were out of fajita vegetables and when i asked for a little more chicken since they messed up my bowl they said no and would have to charge me extra. when i told the manager my experience was horrible she didn’t even reply.

I had high hopes for this place. The food always seems older the guacamole is brown and not so fresh. My lettuce had black slime more than once. Take out or pick up the order is never right, the last time I picked up my chicken bowl had three pieces of lettuce.

I’ve tried eating from this location once when it was first open and the foods was terrible. And now tried it again for the second time and the foods taste a little better. But why is the portion so tiny. Not worth the money. I’ll go to KFC or McDonald from now on.

Always out of Italian dressing for the Salad bowl. Why offer a salad bowl if the restaurant is Always out of the dressing?

We ordered a burrito with double meat on 10/11/24. The burrito could fit in my toddlers hand and there was literally 2 pieces of each meat inside. I submitted a complaint through normal channels and of course heard nothing.

I have been to the North Branch location several times. There is usually a line, but it goes pretty quickly. I always get the chicken bowl. It is so delicious. I've never had issues with portions. I always have plenty left-over to eat again later. Also the staff is always super friendly!!! Love this place!!!

I went here because I wanted to try the new brisket burrito and I drove from isanti all the way to north branch to get it and the travesty of a burrito that I received was Unbelievable I paid 13 dollars for 1 brisket burrito which was good but waaaay under sized I definitely did not get my money's worth if I am paying that much for dinner it should fill me up... I am beyond disappointed do better chipotle stop cutting portion sizes!

Came at a not busy time no one in line Employees were super nice ordered a chicken burrito and they tore the first shell grabbed a second and tore that and preceeded to still use it one scoop of rice half scoop of chicken i asked for a little more rice and they said I would have to pay for it also asked if I could get more chicken same answer finished getting my burrito and paid and left got home and torn shell was useless to try and eat as a burrito would have been better off with a bowl probably will never go back to this location. Heard from to many people in town about skimping on portions and not owning up to it.

Yet again that was the worst burrito I've gotten. The portion size just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Today my burrito had one two chunks of chicken meat in the whole thing. It was all rice and beans and salsa. That was the last straw. I can go to a diner and get an actual meal. Ridiculous.

Twice I've brought it back and both times they remade it. But they are banking on the fact that people won't come back. They purposefully make them as bad as they can to save a buck.

It's not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I have visited this establishment a handful of times and every single time have been given a wrong order or been missing items. I almost always do pick up so the order is written out in front of them and still somehow multiple items get messed up or forgotten. I have tried contacting the store and there is no way to get a hold of someone in the store. I have even left messages on the system and not been called back. I have gone through the online process and they just today offered me three free chips for messing up the orders… this particular establishment can’t seem to get it right no matter how many chances you give them.

Dietary restrictions: They are not careful about meats getting mixed so if you have a food intolerance be very careful!

Ordered from here twice. Both times used the app. Both times never got the guac I paid for. First time they gave me free guac and chips but had to make a purchase to use and it expired. That’s a rip off. U can’t even actually talk to someone so that’s inconvenient. Second time an asked for a refund of the guac amount and didn’t get anything but the same stupid offer as the first time. Why do I have to buy something in order to receive something I should have gotten in the first place? Probably won’t be ordering from here again. Fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on u! If I could give no stars that’s what it would be.
