This place has been open less than a year and they already ruined it. Argh. I was so excited to have a Chipotle in town. This is now worse than a lot of the twin cities locations.

Drove half hour to get our order that had a bunch of extras we paid for and got the wrong order. Partially my fault, I should have double checked to make sure what the big receipt on the outside says, matches what’s in the bag. Top notch.

What a joke this store is. We ordered our food an hour before hand. We pull up. And they forgot to make it. When my gf voiced displeasure. The person who gave us our food just turned his back and walked away. If you can avoid this location the better. Go to Forest Lake location

Ordered online. I am surprised by the bad reviews because my order was perfect. Big portions evenly laid and everything cooked great. The guac had a little too much jalapeno but other than that it was great

I've ordered online for pick up many times from this location, food quality is usually good, however 9 times out of 10 something is wrong with the order (something in my burrito that I didn't order or something missing from it, and/or my side wasn't in the bag. It happens so often and is completely unacceptable. I haven't gotten food from here in almost two months. Come on guys, it's not good enough. You really need to get it together.

They have a sign up saying they're understaffed and only allow online ordering and refused to honor gift cards from me and other people in the store as the app/website doesn't take gift cards

My food was so rationed after getting rice beans fajita veggies meat pico salsa verde sour cream cheese and lettuce I could still see the bottom of my bowl same with my wife’s bowl. My kid had the same portion in her kids meal if not more than my adult meal for twice the price.
