I had high hopes for this place. The food always seems older the guacamole is brown and not so fresh. My lettuce had black slime more than once. Take out or pick up the order is never right, the last time I picked up my chicken bowl had three pieces of lettuce.

I have been to the North Branch location several times. There is usually a line, but it goes pretty quickly. I always get the chicken bowl. It is so delicious. I've never had issues with portions. I always have plenty left-over to eat again later. Also the staff is always super friendly!!! Love this place!!!

Very 50/50 experience as is at most Chipotle locations. The most recent one I had the portion size was awful, but to be fair I’ve always had some great experiences with very large portions. Take the bad with the good.
