Very nice Caribou with plenty of seating and nooks to sit in. There were higher stools, lower tables, and even some small cushioned chairs. They had a decent amount of merch at this location as well as a chalk board you could write on.

I want to share my experience this morning thru the drive thru. I had a gift card and scrambled for change as I purchased a vanilla Latte. I could not get my app to cx the pre order for the lady that was at the window so she took a step further and decided to give me the discount anyway. I had a med to lg drink reward with no extra cost. She was so patient and worked with me as I was scrambling to find the rest of my change and trying not to hold up the line too long! Thank you to the lady who took my order and gave me the reward in the drive thru at 6am this morning! Thank you for your kindness, your patience, and understanding with a smile! You made me feel appreciated.
Regular Coffee was ok, decaf Coffee was horrible. The good thing is that they were nice enough and changed it for a hot chocolate since my son can't do caffeine at all.

I had 20 extra min before I had to be at a class I was taking and decided that the 3 cars in the drive through should not take that long. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot. It took over 20 minutes to get to me!! I was late for my class!!! I don't know what could have possibly taken that long but when I got up there i saw at least 5 people working and 3 of them were waking around looking lost! I have never experienced this at a caribou and I was very disappointed. I was late for my class. I will never be stopping at this location again.
