I like the place and will go back, but I won't buy coffee pods from them anymore. The last box I picked up, 4 of the pods in the first 1/2 of the box were defective and the grounds all came through into the cup. That's a 40% failure rate. They would not exchange it or refund it. That disappointed me.

This Caribou is always so quick and efficient! One time, my drink was made incorrectly, and they immediately apologized and remade it for me free of charge. The staff here are always so kind and friendly—they never fail to tell me to have a good day. Super great people and such a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place!

Very nice Caribou with plenty of seating and nooks to sit in. There were higher stools, lower tables, and even some small cushioned chairs. They had a decent amount of merch at this location as well as a chalk board you could write on.
As a minnesotan caribou is definitely better then star bucks

I came here with my husband to get breakfast and everything was pretty good. The customer service was great. My caprese sandwhich was top tier !!! One of the best ones I have had.
