I want to share my experience this morning thru the drive thru. I had a gift card and scrambled for change as I purchased a vanilla Latte. I could not get my app to cx the pre order for the lady that was at the window so she took a step further and decided to give me the discount anyway. I had a med to lg drink reward with no extra cost. She was so patient and worked with me as I was scrambling to find the rest of my change and trying not to hold up the line too long! Thank you to the lady who took my order and gave me the reward in the drive thru at 6am this morning! Thank you for your kindness, your patience, and understanding with a smile! You made me feel appreciated.

I had 20 extra min before I had to be at a class I was taking and decided that the 3 cars in the drive through should not take that long. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot. It took over 20 minutes to get to me!! I was late for my class!!! I don't know what could have possibly taken that long but when I got up there i saw at least 5 people working and 3 of them were waking around looking lost! I have never experienced this at a caribou and I was very disappointed. I was late for my class. I will never be stopping at this location again.

I always stop at the North Branch Caribou when heading up north. I know that I will always be greeted by smiling staff and a good cup of coffee an pastry.
FANTASTIC experience. Loved the unpleasant attitude of the 2 baristas(one a manager). Making a request(light ice) is apparently not part of the job. I did not have a half caf, double pump, oatmilk only, and light foam beverage. Third visit? No thank you.

One of the slowest drive thru's, could have went to Starbucks twice in the time it took 2 cars to get through the drive up but I prefer Caribou Coffee vs Starbucks. Other than that coffee was great

Asked for extra crispy bacon on my sandwich and the bacon didn't even appear to be cooked. Obviously the sandwiches are already pre-made and just thrown in the microwave. Disgusting and EXPENSIVE! Will not be going back!
