This Caribou is always so quick and efficient! One time, my drink was made incorrectly, and they immediately apologized and remade it for me free of charge. The staff here are always so kind and friendly—they never fail to tell me to have a good day. Super great people and such a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place!

Very nice Caribou with plenty of seating and nooks to sit in. There were higher stools, lower tables, and even some small cushioned chairs. They had a decent amount of merch at this location as well as a chalk board you could write on.

I want to share my experience this morning thru the drive thru. I had a gift card and scrambled for change as I purchased a vanilla Latte. I could not get my app to cx the pre order for the lady that was at the window so she took a step further and decided to give me the discount anyway. I had a med to lg drink reward with no extra cost. She was so patient and worked with me as I was scrambling to find the rest of my change and trying not to hold up the line too long! Thank you...
