It was a pleasant surprise to walk into a chain restaurant with happy and up beat employees. Equally impressive was prompt seating. The food came out hot without much wait although the store was fairly busy. My wife had the grilled chicken cob salad while I had the fish and chips. Our server Brenda was attentive. Miya the manger stopped at our table to check on us. Overalll a great experience at this location and will return.

I did a pick up order. My food was delicious. The portion of the hash browns was literally 2 bites. I couldn’t believe it. The fruit they gave me also was 2 bites. 3 strawberry pieces and 2 banana pieces. Not really a strawberry banana pancake stack like they show on the menu. The next thing I didn’t like, I choose car delivery. I saw my food was ready and waited for someone to bring it, they didn’t come so I ended up going inside. They had it sitting on the bar. The bartender didn’t say anything to me. The waitress came by and said hold on, I said this is mine. She said okay just sign the paper. The food I did get, was super good though. The restaurant was cute. I Did not pay attention if it was clean.

Wow. Just wow. The waitress was SO incredibly rude to me and my daughter. Before we left I asked for 3 milkshakes. I pointed to all 3 on the picture on the menu. The waitress stated her daughter just got there and was slammed. There were 4 tables that were occupied so I'm not sure what she meant by that. It was not busy. She came back with a vanilla shake. I told her I asked for 3 which were pictured that I pointed to. Then she flipped out and gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes in front of my daughter. She continued to complain about me in front of the other customers. We ended up walking out without the shakes and she didn't get a tip. She complained about the cheap blender and how it was her birthday and that she shouldn't be there. Not my problem. I could not believe the attitude she gave me. My kids left without their shakes. She continued to complain as we were walking out the door. We will not be back as long as she's working. This was the worst experience I have ever had, she should not be a waitress at all.

Oven was broke and never gave me refund. The restaurant told me to contact corporate but they never answer my calls. They even emailed me saying they will give me a refund but never did.
