Left a whole 2 meat plate out of order. Drove back. Gave me the wrong order and no sauce. Went back. Asked for my tip bac, never got it.

Boneless wings had a bitter aftertaste, I assume from old oil? The sweet bbq was super super thin and the fires were very mushy. Food was pretty bad, but the service was awesome. Maybe there meats are better then there wings and fries 😂

The new owners have brought the place back since taking it over! Staff is excellent, kind and helpful, food is just how it should be, and it's hard to beat the value for what you get!

We used Dickey's in North Branch to cater a sports awards banquet for 150 people. Hannah is their catering contact and she was so fantastic to work with! There was a direct number right to her and she even answered at odd times. She was so kind and eager to help with anything! We originally have her a 200 head count. Went down to 140 a week prior. Then up to 150 3 days prior. All with no complaints; they were happy to accommodate. Tim delivered our order and made sure we had everything we needed! Dropped it off with plenty of time for us to get it set up. We did the 2 meat combo with 3 sides and Texas toast. The brisket and chicken were delicious. The mac & chez was the favorite then the baked potato casserole. We had the most baked BBQ beans left. We ordered an extra 5 pounds of chicken bc I was worried about running outta meat with a large group of teenage boys and had pretty much the perfect amount of brisket and a lot of leftover chicken. Def went thru all the Texas toast! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hannah and her team for any other catering event! It made for a stress-free event for us and lots of compliments on the dinner to our non-profit board! Thank you Dickey's!

Terrible food. Ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. No gravy with the order. Paid extra for chili and received beans. Didn’t have one sandwich that was preordered. Over paid for a terrible meal.
