I was gifted a cake made by EB Bakes for my golden birthday, and it was amazing! It was a nine inch, chocolate buttercream cake and my family and friends loved it so much. It was rich, full of flavor, and cut like butter! I will definitely be buying cakes and other delicious treats from EB Bakes in the future!

Everything Erin makes is DELICIOUS. I hate cooked fruit - her apple-spice cake is the only exception. It is incredible and rich but so delicately spiced and the cake is soft and light. Cupcake form, cake form, bar form, petit four form - it's so good. Everything she makes is thoughtfully, beautifully, crafted and lovingly designed to taste exceptionally good. She is a baking scientist - I have tried several of her egg free bakes from cakes to cookies and her gluten free cookies...
