We had Grandpa Mike’s Pizza Rig’s gluten free cheese pizza this weekend at an event and it was absolutely delicious! It was such a nice surprise to find a gluten free pizza option out in the wild, especially one that tasted this good. The crust was great, the pizza was flavorful and you could tell it was made with care. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for Grandpa Mike’s Pizza Rig again in the future!
Grandpa Mikes Pizza Rig is the kind of vibe the big and little chains WISH they were. They catered a graduation party. Pulled out all the stops. Food was hot. Was absolutely delicious. They take pride in their individuality and product. If you want some of this delicious pizza pie you want to book them quick. They move around a good part the state. Kudos to Tammy and Mike. PS my wife loved the pizza you made for me to take to her and share.
