The drive through is more accessible than going inside to order. Sometimes this business is not open during posted business hours. On multiple occasions employees make it known with body gestures and verbal sighs that your business is a nuisance. Unfortunate for a locally owned business. I'd rather go to the chain coffee place up the road than fight off the negativity served alongside the coffee here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I wanted to support a small business but the service is absolutely terrible. We pull up to the drive through and have to wait several minutes for anyone to take our order. Then we say our order and he repeats back something completely different. So we repeat the order and he says he’ll have the total at the window. We wait another 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get their drink. We pull up to the window and he asks what our order was so we repeat it again. He comes back a few minutes later AGAIN and asks what our order is. I ordered a hot seasonal latte and Americano. He then comes to the window and asks if I’ll settle for an iced version of it….ummm okay? Why they couldn’t make it hot instead of adding ice cubes is beyond me. I then get the drink and it has NO pumpkin flavoring in it at all. I’m upset I wasted money here. Do not recommend.

First time trying this place, I went on Sunday morning (normal time for people to want coffee)... found that they were closed....fine.Today, at 12:30 on a Tuesday, I was excited to try it and I sat at the menu screen in the drive thru for 4 or 5 minutes...nothing. (there was a customer already at the window so I figured they were busy)...after the person left... still nothing. So I figured maybe you order at the window? So I waited at the window for 3 or 4 minutes....nothing.I have worked at Caribou for 3 years, but I support small businesses and that's why I wanted to try this place.Now I'm thinking "At least Caribou is reliable."I dont know if I'll try again.

We are new to the area, but my wife found Higher Grounds right away. She loves their coffee! Our only disappointment was discovering they are closed on Sundays. :(
