Staff was friendly and store was clean but I had to wait for biscuits (no biggie). Unfortunately, after waiting for them I got home to find out they were basically fully raw. Like, gooey, soft and full on liquid inside. Literally gave me food poisoning which is exceptionally unfortunate b. The chicken was really good!

Love the chicken. Stop for a bucket every time we go thru North branch. This time I picked up an extra 3pc chicken tenders. Not happy with the size of the tenders. 3 to 4 inches long. Not worth the $7+.

I went through the drive-through on Sunday evening. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken. Along with that I ordered mac & cheese and coleslaw. I got home and I had original recipe chicken not extra crispy. Please keep in mind. I drove 20 minutes one way for this. Not a happy customer.

I ordered a 8 piece family. They didn't have everything I wanted so we subbed 2 piece. Paid $32 for extra crispy chicken that was under cooked. Some what Crispy on top but was full of wet batter underneath. No flavor. Our biscuits where so hard you couldn't bite into then. Never again. Over priced garbage is an understatement.

We ordered at drive thru at about 11am.we pulled up to window and was handed our food with in 30 seconds. This chicken was soggy and tasted like old oil with an aftertaste that made it impossible to eat . I don't know when it was cooked but should not have been sold. We threw it away and $26 along with it.

Customer service sucked. Employees ignored us while waiting to order. Refused to even acknowledge long enough to advise us to use the screen behind us to order our own food.
They are open til 10pm but closed at 8pm for cleaning 2/10 don't recommend.
