Every single time I come here the food is NEVER fresh. The chicken nuggets are always chewy with no crisp and the fries are always soggy and flimsy, everytime I come back I expect something different but it’s always the same.

I waited in line for breakfast for about 20mins in the drive thru. They were woefully understaffed. I told them I was running late now but i already paid. The staff that was there was great. They rushed my order to me. They just need more support. And higher wages, too.

Always get top notch service here. My egg.mc muffin was $3 in the app. It was perfectly cooked and the best one I've had maybe ever. I'd gladly pay that much if it was that good every time. Crazy that that is considered a deal though. I was not happy that one hashbrown cost $2.89 . Simply ridiculous. But it was also hot and hit the spot. I cannot give 5 stars to the food at that price. Service is a 5 star always at this location. Atmosphere.... mc donalds just isn't as fun as it used to be. Bring back Ronald and the gang. #youshouldbehere

Have stopped here many times and service is always pretty terrible and slow . There is a woman with dark hair & red highlights that is very rude . The sitting area is always out of ketchup & lids . The bathroom Is dirty . Plenty of employees seem to be there but always only in the kitchen. There was a nice young man today with glasses today .
Such a bummer, just drove off and opened our 2 sausage egg biscuit meals, opened them to find 2 egg cheese biscuit sandwich. Not happy :(

Stopped in, kiosk based service and they bring the food out to you. The servers were friendly. Play area for the little ones . All in all a clean restaurant and worth a stop.

The food is good but almost every single time I order 2 triple cheeseburgers ONLY ketchup, they come to my table with onions on them. When they very clearly say ONLY KETCHUP
NO ONIONS, NO PICKLES, NO MUSTARD

I usually go through the drive-thru here and the employees are always very nice. However, this visit, I went inside so I could browse the menu on the screens in the lobby. When my food was ready, I noticed 2 fries were missing. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while all the employees walked past and didn't acknowledge me. Finally the girl who forgot my fries buzzed past me so I told her my fries were forgotten. She was not friendly at all, threw some fries in a bag and tossed them on the counter. Didn't apologize at all for forgetting them. Noticed once I got home that one of the fries was only half full. Really getting tired of the bad attitudes, forgotten food and half filled food at fast food restaurants. Time for Owners and Managers to have conversations with these young employees about their poor manners and etiquette.
