Muddy Cow - North Branch

Made a reservation for 6:15 was there at 6:15 waiting for someone to greet me. They didn't greet me until 6:22 and they told me that my reservation was canceled because I was late this is ridiculous. On a side note, ordered food from there before pizza was raw on the bottom...

I go to Muddy Cow often and all of the employees are great! The bartenders, Ami and Justina are great, and the manager Tiffany who is always here is awesome!
Overall a good place to hang out.

I love this place!! The manager is super amazing with attention to detail! Her son also works there who I request when ever he is there. My favorite is the beer batter pop stickers.

Vegetarian options: The french fries are also to die for! I always order the pork pot stickers!!

Kid-friendliness: Super accommodating to Kids!!

I got up and left. It was a Friday night 12/6/24, me and a couple friends were staying at the AmericInn and decided to head out to get some dinner. With it being Friday night we knew places would be busy so we weren't in any rush. We got there and got seated back in this corner with menus. As we sat and looked at the menu the tables around us got checked up on and served. We sat in the corner for 15 minutes with no one even acknowledging us, not hey we will be with you in a minute, no waters. None of the waitresses would even make eye contact with me. So we got up and I told the hostess we were leaving, and she just stuttered and said well we are busy. It takes two seconds to say hey someone will be right with you. Just a disappointing visit.

Patty melt wasn't good. Onions weren't sautéed enough and they put the patty on toasted bread, not grilled.

I'm 49 years old but my driver's license had expired on my birthday. I had another form of state issued ID, (including a picture,) but still couldn't get served a beer!... where is the common sense!....why can't people actually just think and use a little sense - which apparently isn't common in this place.
