Everything we tried was delicious. I guess I don't know the exact nutrition info. But it was fantastic. And trying to hit my protein numbers every day this is probably going to become a go to for me. My wife and I each tried a shake. They were super tasty and packed with good stuff.

Amazing place. Delicious teas and the owner went out of her way to learn a tea I wanted for my orders. The blue cheese salad is like the bast salad Iāve ever had! The protein balls and shakes are great! Love the staff there and the tea gives me a clean energy that is unmatched by other caffeinated beverages and it keeps me going for the day. Iād take a picture of my salad but I already scarfed it down lol so hereās a tea partially enjoyed ?
