When I ordered a vegetarian Crunchwrap they put beef in it. They forgot my chips and gave me another wrong taco. When I went to get the replacement they gave a the Crunchwrap replacement but wouldn’t give me the chips. They said they remember giving me the chips. I normally wouldn’t care much but they were really rude and it cost me $3. I wouldn’t really recommend getting food here especially if you decided to customize your meal. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here and nothing has changed.

Placed an online order only to wait for 30 minutes in the drive-thru to receive the wrong order, short-handed for what I paid for. What food I did receive was cold and barely holding together in the bag.

I had a crummy experience with Uber Eats, but the manager and employee at this location were so kind and helpful in resolving it. They went above and beyond.

North Branch Taco Bell rarely disappoints. I occasionally stop by about 11:00pm on my way home after a late night of work. Even though it is late, the food is always fresh and tasty. A great value too. The service is always friendly and quick. I appreciate they are open late.

I usually come here since it's close but the last 2 or 3 times it'a been crap.
The african american dude w/the lip ring always has an attitude doesn't give a crap and somehow my order is always sad & wrong when he's there. Like I don't even wanna order if i know he's working. This hasn't been an issue till recent.
There's obvi other complaints that need addressed about this worker and your gonna lose your regs over it.

Restaurant dirty. Waited 25-30 min for food with my father and daughter. Tried asking the employee for help and he said “I’m not the right person to talk to” and then ignored him. Then they told us they couldn’t find the order with quite an attitude. Blamed the computer for not sending them the order. Unacceptable. Young African American man with lip ring seemed bothered to do his job and help us. This was almost $40 in food here and will be the last time we stop for a while. Staff who seem to care about their customers would be a first start. Come on Taco Bell. 7:45PM on sept 9. Oh an as I’m not even done with this review the same young man with the lip piercing said they did make it and someone else got it. All I wanted to do was get tacos with my kid and my dad and it turned into a much longer experience.

the food was good, but the hourse signing was unclear and conflicted with the store hours as listed online. Additionally, one of the employees called 911 on us for tampering with his car which led to me and one other being trespassed despite camera footage actually showing my being completely uninvolved. From officers' original statement of the report, he straight up lied about what he saw, but its understandable to be paranoid.
Finally, the order was missing one of the two sides, and we cannot have it replaced or refuded due to the aforementioned trespass issue.
4 stars for taste, 2 for order accuracy, 0 for service. Can and would not return.

Went through drive-thur.
Waited almost 10 minutes for service attendant to take my order, they over charged by over $5 on a 2 item order which I was going to correct at pickup window. I waited another 7+ minutes behind car ahead of me at pickup window.
When I finally got to pickup window they had not even started my order.
Suffice it to say I drove away with no food.
Not a great experience...

Over the last year my food has gone from bad to worse in this L location I'm tired of paying top dollar for fast food Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat I specifically asked them to at least try make it look halfway like it does on the menu let's play a more money for minimum wage they take no pride in their work it's literally a taco not hard to do I get cold or stale food literally less than a teaspoon on my last chalupa I ordered and it's just sad nobody has pride in anything they do not held accountable I have to get home see my food then drive back to get it replaced it's unacceptable and I've wasted hundreds of dollars trying to get back the good food that I once had when Taco Bell actually had standards in the fast food industry nothing's affordable anymore and the fact that nobody actually makes it for what it's worth is sad and disheartening I am no longer being an advocate for Taco Bell I do nothing to make it right other than make you a new one when they could have just done it right the first time I'm sick of being a Karen stop making me one
It's a taco bell. What do you expect? Barely consumable food for humans. Instant gas and the shits. We will return.

Ordered a crunch wrap for the road. It wasn’t toasted. The tostada was soggy. And it had no meat in it!! Don’t go here. You’ll be disappointed.
