Ordered online to hopefully not sit in the mile long line..well, they decided to take care of that mile long line before making my order. Then can’t even cut the bagel like they’re supposed to. Every single time I go to this location it’s chaos and a ridiculously long wait.

Sloppy, inconsistent quality and dreadful service. We will not be back.
Our family ordered 4 menu items to go and all 4 had mistakes. I called and spoke with a staff member who said he wrote a note for the manager and the next visit would be comped.
My wife came for our comped breakfast and a man named Rich stepped out, who claimed to be the manager, denied that our situation ever happened and subsequently did not comp the order. He treated my wife disrespectfully, was rude in front of our 8 year old and had a disheveled, messy appearance. Not what we'd expect from any team member but especially a manager.
Unfortunately, we will take our future business elsewhere and recommend you do as well!

Went to get a toasted garlic bagel for takeout and this is what I had in my bag when I got home. It was inedible. How as a server do you let this go out your door?

We've been there three times and three times they've gotten the order wrong. My husband asks for an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox. He never gets what he ordered. And they don't even rectify it.

They are not as good as they used to be. They removed my two favorite items, the Cuban Sandwich and Caesar Salad, from their menu. The bagels are no longer made fresh in-store, and they did something to change the cream cheese, which makes it disgusting now. Probably won't be going back.

Terrible customer service. Cashier was wearing a food stained t-shirt, couldn't get my gift card to work (but a coworker who came to help got it to work immediately) and was on her phone while taking orders and seemed high as a kite. This was my first visit to a burgers bagels and will likely be the last.
Me and my girlfriend always come in closer to closing time on weekends, but the staff are always so nice regardless and the bagels and sandwitches are top tier! if you havent already give this place a try its a shoreview must!

I normally do not take the time to do a negative review. However, I have to say this location in North Oaks is missed managed. I have been to this location a few times this summer/ Fall. It doesn’t seem to matter if I come at a busy time of quite time. There is not enough staff. On a Saturday morning there was only two employees working on the food counter, and one at the register who leave when their are people in line because there is no one making bagels, and restocking. I understand it is challenging to find help, but the bakery in the same center has 3-4 people on the front counter. They seem to get it done.

The strawberry cream cheese has changed and it tastes like crap. We noticed this change and don't plan to return. 2 people had identical bagels and both said the cream cheese spread tasted bad. It used to taste great.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 Bagels with cream cheese. The 2 people making the Bagels worked at a snail's pace. Hardly had any cream cheese on the bagels. Feel sorry for manager who was at register and also helped with making the Bagels. They did not cut the Bagels nor wrap them properly. Will not return to this location again.
