The pulled pork was tender, sweet BBQ sauce was good, could have used more pickles because I love them. Lol The creamed potatoe chowder was lukewarm to cold, didn't even melt the cheese. It tasted good, but didn't eat much of it because it wasn't as good cold. Waitress was attentive.

I came here for a friend with lunch and it was pretty nice. The service was all right. My wings bone were absolutely amazing aside from the fact that there were some spots where it was missing sauce. Even with that they were still really good. My friends wings ended up having a hair in them so then we had to wait longer to get her food which sucks so we didn’t end up eating at the same time. I told the waitress and she got her new wings and took about six dollars off the bill. Aside from that overall the food is good and I recommend this place.

Went to Copper Canyon Bar & Grill this past weekend with my family. The atmosphere was great, and the food hit the spot — no complaints there. But I feel like some constructive feedback is worth sharing.

Unfortunately, the service fell short. There was one bartender who was also handling all the tables, which clearly wasn’t working. She seemed distracted and more focused on chatting with the guys at the bar than checking on customers. I had to leave my table and walk up to the bar just to try to get a drink refill — no luck.

Also, they were completely out of pickles and olives, which was surprising for a bar(not a big deal), and the bartender couldn’t even explain what was in their signature Canyon Sauce.

Again — food and vibe were great, but the service needs some serious attention. A little support behind the bar and more focus on the guests would go a long way.

Not sure if it was just an off day or what, but I’m not writing the place off completely. If I’m ever in the area again, I might give it another shot and hope for a better experience.

Ordered at the bar and got our food within minutes. Everyone loved their meals.
Parking was pretty much full, but there was plenty of seating inside.

They have different specials for a theme each night. We were there during the silent auction. There were signed memorabilia items available for bidding. The monthly calendar appeared to be packed with activities.

There is a poker run coming up for SXS and bikes alike.

Ordered a habenero bacon jam sandwich. Apparently they were out of the bacon jam, so without asking they substituted a chicken and bacon sandwich with horseradish on the side. NOT the same. Chicken was dry

LOVED IT! TJ was a great Bartender. I enjoyed chatting with him. We talked about alot of different things. The food was great! Delicious. I will return with all my family.

WILL NOT return. Food was delicious First time, 2nd time server NEVER checked back to see how food was and she wasn't even busy. Food was missing ingredients. paid by card, left a cash tip and server decided to write her own tip in even though we wrote a line through tip part and wrote total for what it was. We called and spoke to someone claiming to be manager and whomever answered phone didnt apologize for fraud and said they would refund money and never did. we will take our business elsewhere. beware check your accounts to see if they add a tip without authorization....
