I placed a mobile order and got there while the owner was making my sub when I seen him making it wrong putting wrong sauce on what not I told him and hey told me to just take it anyway so I asked for either a discount or remake it he than started swearing at me and told me to get out he’s canceling my order because he hates people like me and started swearing and threatening to call the cops on me for just wanting my sub the way I ordered total ridiculous and I hope subway sees this and gets in contact with me he shouldn’t be allowed to be a owner treating customers like that

Went here after dance, not sure why we do that. (Been a few times) but all veggies were frozen and did not look fresh. Cleanliness was not that good. Need to get your trays to stop freezing and ruining the veggies.

The very young workers were nice. This subway needs to be cleaned badly (the bathroom was moldy!) and stocked. Each time I’ve been there they are always out of more than one thing. Today all 5 pops I paid for were bad. It’s always something at this subway.

I ordered and paid for 2 footling subs. My husband arrived approx 15 minutes later to pick up sandwiches and was told they did not receive the order. He provided our first and last name. My husband then elected to pick up dinner elsewhere. Later that night saw I was charged for the sandwiches. When contacting the store found out my sandwiches had been sitting there for 5 hours. No one bothered to call even though the server knew my husband had just been there. They refused to reimburse my order. So many opportunities were missed by the store employees! Lost my business for good!!

Tried many times to like this place, because it's the closest shop near me, but there is always something. Having to wait an extra 30 mins for the chicken to be dethawed, deals that they said through the phone and would not honor it when picked up, sandwiches that are smashed/missing ingredients. I would rather drive the extra 30 mins to ramsey or elk river store. Just a bunch of kids that do not show respect to the consumers. I never leave bad reviews but I had to this time.
