Tried many times to like this place, because it's the closest shop near me, but there is always something. Having to wait an extra 30 mins for the chicken to be dethawed, deals that they said through the phone and would not honor it when picked up, sandwiches that are smashed/missing ingredients. I would rather drive the extra 30 mins to ramsey or elk river store. Just a bunch of kids that do not show respect to the consumers. I never leave bad reviews but I had to this time.

Dude this is literally the most garbage subway I’ve ever had. The two girls working couldn’t even pay attention enough to remeber what I wanted 2 seconds after I said it. Bread was stale as hell too

4-19 24 today was a bad experience at this subway. The tuna was like a warm soup, asked for a small drink cup and they were out. The staff were polite and replaced my sandwich with a turkey, which was ok. This subway has never been that clean or good. Counters are not kept clean ice has machine has been out of order for sometime. I don’t give reviews but this needed to be done.

Worst subway sandwich I've ever had They were out of salami, pepperoni and pickles when I sent the hubby in to grab a couple sandwiches for dinner. I thought they toasted my bread it was so dry. Luckily we had some salami and pepperoni at home. We ordered the Supreme meats and didn't get 1/2 the meat and still had to pay full price.
This Subway went down hill! I will never go in this place again! Bills up the rd has better food! Over priced, you barely get any meat, the meat you get is chewy, the kid used the same gloves for making my sandwich ringing me out and going back to make sandwiches, the cookies were hard, the sprite didn’t taste good at all! Left a VM about my concerns no response.

We waited a long time and then when someone actually appeared, the person looks like he was 10 years old and he didn’t even ask what we wanted. The other guy had really greasy stringy hair and should not be serving sandwiches. I did not see any managers anywhere and my husband had to go to work so I actually canceled the order because they were asking me what goes on the sandwich which is kind of ridiculous. Your worker should know that.

The kids working here are extremely unprofessional, knocking on the bathroom door asking the other kid if he's pooping in there. They were very nice, but one seemed high and the other one was brand new and didn't seem to be getting the proper training. Didn't see a manager in sight, probably should have one on when you have young employees working there. The food prep area seemed very messy and not very sanitary. This place has gone downhill and not just a little, a lot! Will not be returning to this location again.

I usually have a decent experience here but it has really gone down hill recently. On Saturday we placed a super easy to go order of two foot longs and two cookies. My husband went to pick up the food and the cookies were missing. He asked the male worker if he could grab them for him. When he got home he opened the cookies up and they were both rock hard. This one was supposed to be the raspberry cheesecake. (Husband took bite of it as a joke) I cannot believe they would give someone this ? Making this review in hopes that they will dump the batch of cookies next time instead of giving someone this junk. We also had a double chocolate that was rock hard .… disappointing!

The workers are always nice here but the food sucks. I just had the worst sandwich I've ever had at a subway and i eat at subway usually 3 plus times a week. The bread was hard as a Rock and fell apart as I tried to eat it was so dried out. There definitely not the right amount of meat on the sandwich unless subway is cutting back on meat again like they did in the past. It sucks when you get a $14.00 sandwich and it's not even edible. Just tossed almost a whole footlong in the garbage.
