This location doesn’t carry vinaigrette. Don’t come here if you order salads
I don't know how they do it but literally everything here tastes worse compared to other Chipotles. Their rice, meat, salsa, chips, everything is consistently subpar. It's worth driving the extra distance to Woodbury or a different Chipotle and actually get good food

I’ve never had good chips from this location and I order them every week with my bowl because I work near there. They are either under cooked or days old and stale. Either way they are terrible.

Worst Chipotle ever! Rice was totally sour. Would have tried to get my money back but I was 15 miles down the road when I took the first and last bite. My dog wouldn't even eat it!
Hit or miss with this location. Recently we received a delivery order from the Oak Park Heights location that was ordered through Chipotle.com and the portion sizes were about half of what they typically are, even from this same location. Very disappointing when we spent over $70 for a family of three and not even my seven-year-old was full after the meal.
A very poor experience here. They seemed so short staffed, massive wait time! Restaurant was dirty, lettuce was limp and some had gown brown, bathrooms were gross! Won't be back!!
Doesn't look clean like in the website picture. They don't clean the work station, so the food you order gets all dirty in the process.
When you pay for double meat on a take out order for one of the two bowls you ordered.... and this is the BS you get?? Not even a full bowl. What a complete RIP OFF

I don't personally east chipotle but my wife and kids love it. This was a fine place. They said the food was good. One of the guys taking my order was rushing me pretty heat and several things on the floor needed to be restocked but other then that ild come again
Some of the worst serving sizes I have ever seen at Chipotle. Don’t go to Oak Park Heights if you want your monies worth.
Great lunch time place to eat
I will start by saying I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle, and this experience was a prime example why. We ordered two burrito bowls, a burrito, two bags of chips and a side of guacamole. With everyone gathered around the table with eager anticipation, we discovered that the chips and guacamole were missing, propelling a feeling of despair through the room. We live about 20 minutes away, so there was no chance of driving back to claim our forgotten food. Maybe I could have checked the bag for all the items before hastily leaving, but I should be able to trust this establishment to take care of customers. The food was very good, and the order was ready on time, but the overall experience was subpar. The flavorful filling of the burrito is usually perfectly balanced by the crispy textured edges of the chips. But alas, this wonderful union was not meant to be on this day. George Costanza from Seinfeld once got into an altercation over double-dipping a chip. To that, I respond with this: at least he had a chip to dip in the first place.
Don’t do order ahead. There can be absolutely no one in line and the still won’t make your order. When in doubt, show up and take your chances with the line.
