I ordered delivery set to deliver at a set time. I didn't get it until maybe two hours later, and that was only when I called and asked why I didn't get my order. The person who answered told me that it was delivered, but when I checked again it was nowhere to be found. And when I called back, I told them that I wanted my order or I wanted a refund. When it finally arrived, I took one bite and it tasted disgusting, like something had been put in it. I opened the sandwich and saw little brown things in it with some kind of juice around them. I had ordered from JJs the past few weeks, and this was the only time I had an issue with the delivery and service.

I had ordered a delivery and after an hour of waiting for it, I called to see what was going on. I was told that they were busy and only had one driver which is understandable. I told them that I lived less than five minutes away from the location and there was no reason it should take over an hour. The person on the phone was rude and not accommodating. It was only after I had called that the food was delivered in five minutes. Was it or coincidence? Probably not. The sandwich I ordered was sloppy and thrown around, the drink was warm with no ice.

I ordered gargantuan unwich I asked them to change gloves and not use common utensils also to use extra paper to protect against cross contamination they did none of the above plus I asked for mustard none on it very disappointed as I got sick from cross contamination

I placed a delivery order for Jimmy John’s today for my lunch at work. As I placed the order I realized I forgot to add the tip so I was gonna tip with cash. When the driver came he aggressively placed the order at the front desk before I could tip. He then proceeded to be passive aggressive on my bag with a little note he left. Very disappointed.

worst customer service experience ever i put in for delivery for my work what building I work at then 45 minutes go by no food and I called again asking them if they delivered it and I didn’t get it so I thought someone took it or something then 30 minutes go by seeing if they delivered my food and nothing yet then after that a lady who works at a different building brought me my food cause they delivered it to the wrong place then 2 minutes after that one of your delivery drivers brings the second order I ask if I can have the sandwich even though I already have my first order cause I don’t know what the policies are for that he said he has to call his boss and then deliveres the food to make Elmo compounding pharmacy pretty sure he gave my second order to them and never came back at all to tell me anything and when I went to go eat my sandwich it was all wrong and I asked for no tamato on my sandwich and there was tamato on my sandwich do better jimmy johns this is ridiculous never had this happen to me before
Jimmy Johns is always so efficient and consistent. They make high quality sandwiches, quickly and for a decent price. I am never disappointed when I visit a Jimmy John's location and this is not exception. I always get the #9-Italian Night Club and it is always delicious!! There is a free parking lot which normally has plenty of spots available. There are clean bathrooms and are usually kept up.
Parking: Plenty of spots available.
Kid-friendliness: They have a few smaller/kid sandwiches and soft drinks as well.

Second day in a row I have ordered ONE sandwich and both days took over an hour to deliver 10 min. I would have went myself if I wasn't pregnant and sick. I am really a patient person and understand things get busy but seriously over an hour to get a sandwich is getting ridiculous and I tip good. Will not be ordering from here again.
