I went to the Stillwater location and ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was a to go order. So when I got home I noticed there were no noodles in my chicken noodle soup. How do you take a label and scoop up some soup and not notice there is no noodles. Thanks for making me pay $9 for broth.

Second time ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich first time the bread and ingredients were not correct. I called and the Manager hung up on me. Today ordered again and this time the bread was correct but it was hard /not fresh. They also forgot side order of chips.

I think the bosses at that restaurant should be sent to take a course in human relations. They are very rude and don't know how to treat customers. If they have a problem, it's better for them to stay at home. Remember that the customer must provide good service.

I have never had a bad experience at Panera until today… the broccoli and cheddar soup was so undercooked and runny along with zero flavor that I had to throw it out after two bites. They got the melted cheese all over the top of my sandwich. The bread on the side was also un-eatable as it was rock solid. So I paid $12 for a soup, sandwich, and piece of bread and all I ate was the half sandwich. Unbelievable and I’ll never come back to this location again.

I really would like to add what a treasure you have in Kimberly … I overheard her conversation about the product as I believe she was coaching Delaney (also very welcoming). She is a star …. I am visiting from NJ and I WISH we had more Sunshine like her personality around …she made my travels feel like home and I had to let her know how important she is in sharing her presence with those who travel through….shes a one of a kind!!! Thank you both Kimberly and Delaney!!!! Congratulations Panera Bread on such an employee.

I’m assuming they have some serious staffing issues at this location. Sat in the drive thru line for close to an hour. When we pulled up to order, they advised of a 20 minute wait and asked if that would be okay - as if we weren’t trapped in the line. I don’t know what takes so long as most of the food is probably frozen.

8 a.m. out of scramble eggs already? Then (last 3 visits) long waits with like 3 to 5 people making food and hardly any customers, weird. I go to Dunn Brothers or Bruggers in Stillwater, and they have half the staff and not the long waiting
