If you go through the drive thru, expect your order to be wrong nearly every time. If they would read it back to you it would probably help, maybe not. And one girl (for a long time) at the window always looks like you are a huge inconvenience by ordering food from there. And we do it quite often for our office. Zero customer service or attention to detail at all. I know it's my choice to put up with it, but maybe the franchise owner will care to hear. Everyone I've talked to has this opinion for this location.

We ordered our food I ordered skinny sandwich and cup of pot pie soup. My husband ordered a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup mine came out great my husband’s soup was half full and all dried out. It was obvious it was the last of that kind and sat for some time. So I went back and just asked why they only filled his half way and said it was fine if they were out of that soup that he would take a different kind the cashier looked confused so the girl I believe is a manager came over and asked what was going on so I repeated myself and she said we are not out and walked to the back to get a new bag. She had zero personality and did not look happy to be there. Not even a hey sorry about that nothing.

Either the workers are high and can't process the english language, or the speaker system at the drive-through doesn't work. I asked for no meat on a pizza sandwich at least 4 times and the sandwich came out with extra meat on it that isn't even on the original sandwich. So I ate some ingredients that I cannot eat before throwing the garbage away.
