I have placed online orders here twice and both times one of the drinks were wrong and missing something. Yesterday, it was the cold foam. When I asked the Associate, he said it was in there. I knew it wasn't but needed to leave. I won't order from this location again.

I went in to order and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged, I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 10 mins, I got sick of standing there so I left and ordered on the app. Mind you, there were 4 people working, one doing the drive thru, one making drinks, and the other two doing nothing. Horrible experience.

I have went here many times and they make my drink wrong every time. They don't pay attention to the ingredients that go in it. Your lactose intolerantand ask for oat milk and no whip cream and you watch them make your drink with whole milk and put whip cream on top. They give it to you and when you tell them they are wrong and to look at the ticket, they get an attitude!!!! For what?! If I could upload a picture of my drink to show yall, I would!

Possibly the location with the worst customer service at drive-thru I’ve seen for a while. The drink had too much ice compared to the other locations.

I have been coming here constantly for almost a year…. The people have always understood that if I don’t have money and needed a place to escape to this could be my safe space. But today, I wasn’t given that understanding. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back again!!! I am so sorry the to employees that know me. But if there isn’t people seeing who other people are. That’s messed up.

Asked the guy if he was ready many times and finally he was, poor communication but super quick interaction. Asked for blackberry not dragon fruit, I also suggest you guys take this drink off the menu it’s honestly the worst refreshers on there! And for almost $10 I think I should idk be able to atleast kind of taste what I ordered but it’s not even similar.
I always have such great experiences at this Starbucks but I am taking the time to write this to acknowledge Faith. She is always so kind at the window and I always leave smiling. She goes above and beyond in her role and it keeps me coming back!

I went and got a berry parfait for my wife today that’s all I got. After I left I saw how much I was charged and thought that looks a little high. So I checked the website for the store for the price of then parfait. It was 2 dollars less than what I paid so she took my card and gave herself a 2 dollar tip without even asking if I would like to tip or not. I say be careful if you go through the drive thru there and check how much the stuff costs.
