Possibly the location with the worst customer service at drive-thru I’ve seen for a while. The drink had too much ice compared to the other locations.

I have been coming here constantly for almost a year…. The people have always understood that if I don’t have money and needed a place to escape to this could be my safe space. But today, I wasn’t given that understanding. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back again!!! I am so sorry the to employees that know me. But if there isn’t people seeing who other people are. That’s messed up.

Asked the guy if he was ready many times and finally he was, poor communication but super quick interaction. Asked for blackberry not dragon fruit, I also suggest you guys take this drink off the menu it’s honestly the worst refreshers on there! And for almost $10 I think I should idk be able to atleast kind of taste what I ordered but it’s not even similar.

I always have such great experiences at this Starbucks but I am taking the time to write this to acknowledge Faith. She is always so kind at the window and I always leave smiling. She goes above and beyond in her role and it keeps me coming back!

I went and got a berry parfait for my wife today that’s all I got. After I left I saw how much I was charged and thought that looks a little high. So I checked the website for the store for the price of then parfait. It was 2 dollars less than what I paid so she took my card and gave herself a 2 dollar tip without even asking if I would like to tip or not. I say be careful if you go through the drive thru there and check how much the stuff costs.

Love this location! the team that works there always has a positive welcoming energy, they work quickly and provide great service! Paige is a favorite but everyone has been friendly 💕

went through the drive thru and asked for DAIRY FREE sweet cream cold foam. I’m severely allergic to dairy. After i drank half of the drink, i looked at the label because something tasted off. Turns out it has normal cold foam with DAIRY in it. Very angry and will not be coming to this location again. Do better. You could’ve costed me my life.

Took the workers 20 minutes to make 1 drink. We were the only people there including inside and drive through. They did not care that going so slow. I was extremely late to the event I had after. DO NOT GO HERE. The Starbucks right down the rode is wonderful

This is a great location. Service is always great and drinks are always accurate.
I did the order ahead and the baristas made a strawberry acai lemonade for me instead of a pink drink.

Food and atmosphere is just as good as Starbucks gets. Service however is outstanding! I am also adding friendly which is not a given at a Starbucks.
