Drive thru - first and last visit. Should have known if wasnt going to be good as I was the only car there.

Single, small fry water.

Burger was room temp. Fries were cool and soggy. The water is what got me / absolutely awful. I spit it out snd threw it away. Muddy, moldy smell/taste. Enjoy my $8. YUK!

Eent to get lunch with my boss the other day, and while trying to order through the drive threw, I couldn't understand the person trying to take my order and when trying to talk to us they only spoke Spanish, and once I got someone to barely speak English they messed up both of our orders. I will never go back again.

Ummm I got a 10 piece spicy nugget and something that looks like gum ended up being on one of them…
I also wanted to order inside but the doors were locked and there were no signs explaining that. I was there around 8:30pm

The vibe was off when I walked in the door. We ordered a couple combo meals and a single plain hamburger. When I got the receipt, the single hamburger was $6. I asked why and was ignored by staff for several minutes. Finally a lead came over and when I explained my receipt, they merely shrugged and pointed to the board. “You ordered a single burger for $6.29.” I explained I could have had a kids meal or combo meal for the same price, the staff merely shrugged again and told me to have a good day. Then to end it all they messed up the $6 single burger and put cheese on it. Guess that explains the crappy vibes. I’ll be passing on Wendy’s from now on.

Place is not clean at all. Went there in 5/31/2025 at 2 in the afternoon, to dine in. At the counter it had dried something on it, not just a stain but organic. You could see parts of the counter that someone tried to clean with what had to be a dirty rag that must have have been used in the kitchen to clean around the fryer. The floor, well the wife and I found no where we could walk without out shoes sticking to the floor. The tables were filthy, and so we just left, did not ask for a refund or grab our food. Besides for the workers, we were the only ones in the restaurant - so busy was not a factor as to why the place looked like it did. Never have we walked into a Wendy's and it looked this way in 40+ years. We will not ever be going to the Stillwater, MN Wendy's again.

Tried using an offer from the app during order process at the counter. The young man scanned the code and I paid. When my order arrived the offer was not included. I asked and he just stared and shrugged his shoulders. I don't believe he understands English too well. I asked for a manager and he left and never came back.

Sat in the drive thru this morning and was in line for 15 minutes, got to the menu board at 10:28 hoping for breakfast. The staff made me want for three minutes and then switched board to lunch and would not honor breakfast since I was there before 10:30 am. Will never go back to this Wendy's, I have had too poor of service here the last 3 years.
