We love Bambu. The food is fantastic. They have some of the best fresh spring rolls you will ever eat and their peanut sauce is as soon as it gets. We love their curry and pho. Rosie the robot is a nice touch!

I used to go to this restaurant about every other week because there are not that many options in this area that have vegan options. The waiter is oftentimes rude to us because he is overwhelmed. It's usually just him and a robot no matter how busy the restaurant gets. One time, he was especially rude to my husband and me and even tho we still gave him a 20% tip at the end, we decided that was the last time we would go there. He said he was stressed because another table was being indecisive, but it was a bad excuse to be so rude to us. I hope this restaurant would consider hiring more wait staff to help this man out so that he is not so overwhelmed. A robot can only assist so much. By cutting on costs, you're compromising on customer service. Also, please stop having the same instrumental song play on repeat so loud. It's very distracting.

This restaurant has great food and provides even better customer service. You're greeted in a friendly manner, drinks come out quickly, tables/chairs/booths/floors are clean. We never have to wait for a refill for sodas as they are always one step ahead. We enjoy the cute robot that brings our food.

Off topic, I DoorDash here multiple times. I’m okay with yah having a bad day because everyone goes through it lol, but learn how to fix your acts towards your customers or dashers. Just knowing how to be polite even on your worse days! I’m sure yah service means well but there’s better ways of showing it. Bambu never ate there before but it smells and looks great! Greatly appreciate yah having a restaurant the neighborhood could support!

It's really cute and really modern Asian or central Asia without being too specific. It has a lot of variety of different foods and it's all fresh and made to order. I love coming here by myself to treat myself but when I do bring my family it is a treat
I ordered takeout from this place - chili wings, chowmein, red curry and tiramisu. Everything was pathetic.Wings were not wings - they were fried chicken, with so much oil in them. The oil also smelled weird. There was no Chilli in them. They were tasteless served with some sort of sweet honey. This is when I asked them to make it "hot" spice level..Chowmein did not have any noodles!? It was stir fry veggies in some sort of water downed sauce.I had asked for penang red curry extra hot. What I was given was veggies in a red colored tasteless sauce. It was missing salt as well. Most tasteless dish.Lastly, the tiramisu was "Frozen". They did not even care to thaw it before serving!! It had ice crystals.

Wanted some Gluten Free Pad Thai and I have had a wide variety of places. This place ranks the worst and I usually don't leave reviews like this. It is BLAND and the chicken in so dry. Honestly was excited and just horribly disappointed. I will not be coming back.
