I hate giving a low score, BUT, this is an honest score.
Starting with the boneless wings, they were luke warm at best. I don't think I'm abnormal in expecting my food to come out hot. Secondly, there was little chicken within the "wing" or tender. It was mostly batter. The "wing" was so hard and crunchy, like I said, hardly any meat was in them. Just... really disappointing.
The service was subpar. The server rarely came by. It was really a bummer as she started out great. Then she just never really came back. Then she would go and hangout with other servers and just stand there.
The atmosphere was so so. We were there during March Madness. While it was awesome to have the basketball games on, they had the volume on so loud that we had a difficult time conversing. I'm all for having the volume on, but it doesn't have to be so loud that you have to yell your order to the server.
In closing, don't come to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings.

I went to BDubs recently and my order was wrong, the gentleman taking care of my son and I swiftly corrected the issue and sincerely apologized. Yes that's customer service I know, but his attitude was so infectious, and welcoming. He has an attitude I have never encountered in customer service especially food service. I called on to make manager aware that Marcus is phenomenal and his service was impeccable. Please hire more people with charisma and character. Marcus if you read this you made a great impression on my son which is hard to do. We appreciate you so much you made our night.

Went on a Thursday for the BOGO boneless deal. The service was good for a slightly busy night. Got 30 boneless wings for half the price and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks had a good pull from the cheese and tasted great. The boneless wings were cooked perfectly. Super crispy and lots of sauce. Overall, would definitely come back to this location.

I live in Woodbury and drive out of my way to the Hudson, WI location because the service here is so bad. Food was always brought out at different times, wings half sauced, unfriendly staff. It's amazing how 2 restaurants under the same brand can be ran so different. Take the extra 20 min. and drive to Hudson if you're craving BW3, it'll be worth the extra drive time.

My boyfriend and I brought our kids here for lunch after a morning at skyzone. As soon as we stepped in the door, our service was bad. We had to wait 10 min for a table. It was dead. Our server brought us adults sodas within a few min, it took another 5-7 for kids drinks and forgot one. Our food came out 1 at a time with a 5-10 min window between them. The first delivered was macaroni, and it was room temp. My son was so hungry at this point that he ate it anyway. 4 out of 6 entrees didn't come out fresh or even freshly microwaved. We spent over $100 and were very disappointed. Im a part-time server myself, and I hate complaining because you never know what's going on. But the server didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the service or lack there of.

Service was great. Food left something to be desired. Got the sampler platter. Nachos were lacking cheese, wings had almost no sauce & you only get 4! Asked for no peppers, got peppers. Prices seemed to be more than I expected. Place could use some cleaning.
$50+ Dollars in take out and we didn't even get a fork or napkin
