This location needs a health safety check. It’s clear they don’t do well at FIFO or watching expirations. I saw limes served that were brown and well past anything I would serve. Stale chips. Sticky surfaces. Bartenders who don’t seem to know these things… touching glasses to tap lines. Visible spills behind the bar and a broken glass that was not picked up.

I went there not knowing what way was up, and I must say my first experience with buffalo wild wings was an amazing one. My server Skylar was incredibly sweet and understanding, and the drink presentation was amazing! I am looking forward to my next visit.

My partner and I have been a customers for years and have been to this location several times. We will not go again after today. Waited well over two hours for food for two people. Server was great until the food was becoming later then she says it will be out next… 15 minutes later, she is nowhere to be seen and we still have no food. Eventually, our food was brought out, about an hour after we ordered. A different server named Ariana came out and gave us each one water and that was it. She did not come back to ask if our food was okay or inform us our server was unavailable. It then took 30 minutes for us to even get our tab and more time to close it. The other server Ariana was not welcoming to us in any way and repeatedly walked past us while promptly helped other customers. When I asked if the servers name on the receipt was hers or our first servers, she nonchalantly replied that it was hers and the first server went home. Extremely disappointing and extremely poor management.

Slow service, wait staff seems overwhelmed and don’t seem to care. We live in Woodbury and drive to Hudson or Maplewood instead. We have had so many disappointing experiences that we will never go back.

The food was good, though it took a while longer than it should have. Please stop serving the baby carrots. Baby carrots are coated with harmful waxes to make them shiny. You can even save costs by buying whole carrots and slicing themselves to serve carrot sticks.
If you dont wanna do your job, then quit. Told my name to the black lady at the front, she said the order just came in even tho I ordered it online 20 minutes prior. I waited for another 30 minutes. She said they will call me when the order was ready. 2 ppl already came by to pick up their order. The lady who seats people just kept staring at me too, not even asking if I've already been helped.
I went to ask again but a different lady this time and my order been ready. Black lady just disappeared. They didn't apologize to me for this shitty wait that was unnecessary cause someone didn't wanna do their job correctly.

Pickup order Food is not fresh. Order came out 25 minutes later than what the arrival time was listed as. Multiple items were forgotten from the order. For a buffalo wild wings order, this was one of the lowest experiences I've had. After the initial notice that it would be 5-10 minutes, and didn't get any further updates. Hostess at the front was kind and receptive.
