This location really is lacking manners and employees!! We got here wanted for 20 mins employees took forever to clean the table!! Then the employee had ask us if we can wait more since its busy! Like excuse? We waited patiently just for us to be waited again! So we decided to go Olive Garden instead. They need to do better with training their employees and getting things organized. This location used to be nice and organize! Please do better!

Decided to try bdubs again , boy that was a mistake. We ordered online and got there at the estimated time but ended up waiting for 30 minutes for these terrible sry and tiny wings . Safe yourselves some time and money and go yep a diff location.

Awful place to pick up delivery. Opened door for two ladies, who did not hold the second door for me and let it close in my face. Turned out to be staff who ignored me and walked away. Stood waiting for a staff member, had to finally bother the bartender to get my order, who was helpful and polite. Never had a good experience picking up from any bdubs.

Have tried on three separate occasions to try this place and each time have left without ever being served or even acknowledged. Tonight stood up front for 5 mins with no one in sight , then a younger female with long blonde hair in a ponytail and a bww hat came up front to grab a soda glass. We both said hi to her. Which the ignored us. Grabbed her soda glass and walked away … will not be returning.

I guess no one here know how to read cause the ticket on my food says everything clear and I didn't receive what I PAID for, they will not answer the phone and I've called 3 times already, this place and these staff members are a joke, I am a employee at a restaurant myself and can't understand how a entire team of people still can't get the job right.

I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money here I could have went somewhere else. Our food was cold and came out at different times and the waiter was gone most of the time. I've been to so many different B-Dubs and never had an issue but I would not go back here.

Went there last night, 3/19/24 with my sister and our daughters.. the waitress seemed to be having a bad day.. we ordered 2 appetizers, and I shared a salad and some cauliflower wings with my daughter and my sister had a Buffalo chicken salad and her daughter got a cheese burger.. the food was good. But we didn't get our silverware or napkins until after we had our entrees.. I also ordered a Blue Hawaiian cocktail and had to ask about it cuz it came towards the end of our meal... it also didn't have the garnish of orange slice or cherry like the picture they have of it.. my sister also asked for extra Buffalo sauce for her salad and that also did not arrive until we were basically ready to leave.. basically our experience last night was not the best due to the service but the food was on point once we actually were able to enjoy it.Kid-friendliness: Not many options on the kids menu but my daughter enjoyed sharing a side salad with me.

Said our food would be ready in 10 minutes, waited over 40 minutes. Our bone-in wings came extremely over cooked, hard and dried. The size of the wings were also very small. Had better wings from pizza joints which is just sad.Please don't waste your time responding to this review, focus that time and effort on your restaurant.
