I love my Caribou coffee. The staff is amazing and I have always had the best interactions with them. Thank you guys, you are the best! It's a bit tricky pulling into their location but I am determined for my coffee! So this does not deter me. Also the kind staffakea it worth it. They don't have any dairy free options for food for my daughter, so that's an idea for Caribou! She would love to eat some of the food at Caribou.

This caribou is actually the worst, and I’m not that picky. It’s a coin flip every time for whether or not my coffees going to be like warm, burnt tasting, or just right. Their lattes are not well made, and the staff pretty frequently complain loudly about their job when I’m there. I honestly don’t care about that too much it’s the lack of consistency and straight up bad coffee that makes me skip this.
There was a heavier set woman that was wearing glasses yesterday 5-11-25 that was just being mean to literally everyone including some costumers but mostly the staff/co-workers, out right ridiculous, there is no need to treat your staff and especially your customers like how this woman (if I can even call her that) did, it was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and completely unnecessary especially on Mother’s Day

Their baristas are not very consistent and I get the same thing every visit. From the last 5 times I’ve come, 3 of those times, the cups are light so I check it out. They top it with 1.5-2 inches of foam. This is where it was at without the foam and never have this happen at any other location but this location. Super disappointing, especially since I visit this area often and the location is mostly convenient.
