I love my Caribou coffee. The staff is amazing and I have always had the best interactions with them. Thank you guys, you are the best! It's a bit tricky pulling into their location but I am determined for my coffee! So this does not deter me. Also the kind staffakea it worth it. They don't have any dairy free options for food for my daughter, so that's an idea for Caribou! She would love to eat some of the food at Caribou.

This specific location is absolutely awful.. My drink and food was poor quality, I received nothing but disrespect and attitude from the employees. I strongly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.

Drive through was confusing in that they couldn’t understand request…took a long time to get coffee and then it was missing cre as tequested

This caribou is actually the worst, and I’m not that picky. It’s a coin flip every time for whether or not my coffees going to be like warm, burnt tasting, or just right. Their lattes are not well made, and the staff pretty frequently complain loudly about their job when I’m there. I honestly don’t care about that too much it’s the lack of consistency and straight up bad coffee that makes me skip this.
