This caribou is actually the worst, and I’m not that picky. It’s a coin flip every time for whether or not my coffees going to be like warm, burnt tasting, or just right. Their lattes are not well made, and the staff pretty frequently complain loudly about their job when I’m there. I honestly don’t care about that too much it’s the lack of consistency and straight up bad coffee that makes me skip this.

There was a heavier set woman that was wearing glasses yesterday 5-11-25 that was just being mean to literally everyone including some costumers but mostly the staff/co-workers, out right ridiculous, there is no need to treat your staff and especially your customers like how this woman (if I can even call her that) did, it was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and completely unnecessary especially on Mother’s Day

Their baristas are not very consistent and I get the same thing every visit. From the last 5 times I’ve come, 3 of those times, the cups are light so I check it out. They top it with 1.5-2 inches of foam. This is where it was at without the foam and never have this happen at any other location but this location. Super disappointing, especially since I visit this area often and the location is mostly convenient.
This was one of the worst Lattes I've had ever. I frequent many of your establishments and have never been this disappointed. The drink tasted like it was made with hot water.

Nothing against this location but I don’t go to any location as much as I used to because I don’t like that they no longer take your card from you in the drive way and instead make you use their pay machine on your own

This caribou is the worst place do not use their online app to order delivery like I did. I placed a delivery order threw there app today total bill was $38 I never got the drinks but the app said it was delivered so I called their location and got told not there problem it’s contracted out threw a 3rd party app that they use not me. They wouldn’t refund my money but would give me a credit for 1 drink. The app doesn’t show the drivers name or number so I had no other way to contact anyone except call the store and the girl who answered the phone was rude put me on hold for over 4 min to talk to the manger who was just as rude. She asked if I put the correct address in and ya I did it was to my work pinz in Oakdale! Why should I be out $38 dollars when they contract out who delivers it. And the fact that there resolution to this was one free drink
