“This should NOT be a high score, EXCEPT that I am SO impressed with the guy who was running things tonight! (3/12/24 at 9:15pm). The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside, only to discover that no one was there (at the tables OR behind the counter). And then I heard that there was only 1 kitchen staff (?) AND ONE guy handling walk up orders AND drive through... He was working SO hard and he was running back and forth to make things happen! They were out of major stuff, and he still managed to give great service. So... I give "management" a 1 star, because things shouldn't be in such bad shape. But I give a 5 for hiring people who give great service, even in less than ideal circumstances. Oh yeah, and the food we got was good, as expected from KFC“

“Great Customer Service visited there with my son as he took me out to lunch and heard about this spot. The minute we walked in it smelled so good and the customer service was great a young lady who said she's been there a year or so was so welcoming. I was able to try their barbecue sauce that is homemade and it was delicious. Overall food, customer service and cleanness it was a 11/10 I would so recommend as it's a great mom & pops spot.“

“Spicy corn was GREAT! Also got the beef, which my companion very much enjoyed. The side sauces were tasty and complimented the flavors of the empanadas. The crust was flaky and tender.“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.“

“I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. Darren, the assistant whom took my order, said “you may refill this sweet tea any time you’d like.” With a big smile on his face, you can tell they don’t beat their employees here as they are glad to assist the customers.
