I’ve only heard great things about D-Spot although it took me years to actually get across town & try it… Food was absolutely incredible, I ordered all of their top 5 wing flavors. Wait was a bit long however well worth it… Looking forward to returning with family for sure 💯💯💯

I’m honestly so disappointed because the wings at D’s Spot were absolutely delicious, but the service was downright horrible. The workers were rude as hell and super defensive. They told our family we had to review our order on the screen before they send it through because they won’t remake your food if there’s a mistake. I’ve never heard of a restaurant doing that before.
We even tipped prior to getting our food (you pay before you get your meal) and trusted them to get the order right; that’s literally their job; but they still messed it up, and when we mentioned it very nicely they just pointed to some sign up front instead of trying to make it right. The whole experience was just uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
It’s honestly sad because the food was really good, but after dealing with that kind of attitude, we completely lost our appetite. Great wings, terrible service won’t be coming back.

Many complaints but here's a few. Waited 50 minutes for dine in. offered a soda for the long wait and wings We’re OK 4-10. lol 🤣😂

We made the mistake of going to D-Spot for dinner last Saturday, and I can confidently say it was one of the strangest and most unpleasant restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time.

First off, the decor. If you enjoy eating surrounded by tacky demon murals and horror-movie imagery that looks like a rejected middle-school art project, this might be your vibe. For anyone else trying to enjoy a meal without feeling like you’re in a haunted house, it’s just plain uncomfortable.

From there, things only got worse. Apparently, the “system” here is that you’re supposed to hunt for your own table, somehow guard it like a raccoon protecting trash, and then stand in line to order your food. Not exactly a relaxing dinner setup.

We were told it would be about a 40-minute wait for our food—which we accepted because we were starving—but that turned out to be optimistic. When the food finally came out, our child’s meal lagged another 10+ minutes behind. We only got it after flagging someone down and asking where it was.

The final straw came after we finished eating. We had wings left over and politely asked for a to-go box. The staff asked for our table number, checked something in their system, and then told us we weren’t allowed to take our leftovers home. Why? Because we supposedly hadn’t paid for some mysterious “full price option” that was never mentioned anywhere.

When my girlfriend reasonably asked, “So you want me to just throw the food away?” the counter staff replied—without hesitation—“Yes, that’s what management says.”

Unbelievable. Instead of wasting perfectly good food because of some ridiculous, undisclosed policy, we took our leftovers anyway—using two of their baskets.

The food itself was fine, but nothing redeems the bizarre decor, chaotic service model, long waits, and absurd “no leftovers” rule. If management truly thinks forcing paying customers to throw away food is a good business decision, they deserve the empty tables that will surely follow.

Save yourself the headache and skip D-Spot. There are too many great restaurants around to waste your evening on this nonsense.

Again, I was parked outside of the establishment... I went to Savers or Dollar Tree I needed batteries and oven mitts and measuring cups for my Uncle's kitchen... He just moved so happy house warming... I'm not a Rockefeller but, I know he needed kitchen items 🤷🏽

Spend 100$ on wings and tip 10 bucks on take out and I'm carded? If you're going to card people for their food you should make that clear on your website. Weird interaction and vibes.

Then the wings are lukewarm and Cramed in leaky takeout box's. Wings are cooked kinda.. Luke warm.

Went here couple years ago and was great but I don't think I'll make the drive again

Usually order for pickup. They're always prompt with text updates. Wings Always kept in warmer when done so it doesn't go cold. Variety of sauces, all delicious. Great staff and atmosphere. Need to find time to dine in.
