I changed my review to a one if I could have given a 0, I would have one day I was on bad luck I couldn't feed my children I went in there and I asked him if they could help me out with a little meal for my children the manager and everybody laughed (WORKERS)& MANAGEMENT. Even my little son seen him we were embarrassed anyway they gave us a bag of fries, but what get me is I always spend my money there we just hit a rough patch in our life but with money I'm going to go in there and I will remind them who I am, and see who laughs now it's sad how all these people don't know who they have working for them or their company. Everybody is always one check away from being the same way I was..BROKE!! Y'all Minnesota people need to understand that and remember that. I'm going to go in there tomorrow and remind them of who I am with money.
P.s. you all laughed in front of a child a black child at that 😊

I ordered food online on 12/2/25 at 620pm. The website said it would be ready at 627p. Because I’m not rude, I wait until 630p to check in. No pressure. The gentleman says ok, picks up the ticket and says it’s coming. At 640p I’m like wait a minute. They literally have the tickets cleared and the online orders are just sitting on the shelf. I just saw him pick it up. So I go back to him and asked, hey, I thought it was coming. He just looks at me as if I’m not speaking English, the same language we spoke in. I said enough is enough. Everyone in the restaurant is eating now, even the customers that stood in queue at the kiosk. So I cancelled my order. I will not come back to this location. Clearly my money doesn’t make me a customer so I won’t waste my time again. So many other burger joints to patronize. Don’t spend money where you’re not valued

This was my first time eating at this place service was decent. The burger was dripping with grease and very bland. When I got to the bottom of the milkshake I felt a piece of something come up the straw that didn’t feel like it should be in my mouth and it was foil😐overall I would not go here again it was $20 for a burger and $8 for a large fry.😬
