App from play store is horrible saying location only accepting online orders 7am till 2 pm. Sometimes it says not accepting orders 7am to 7pm. See attached photo google says open 7am to 10pm. When go to put in card details keep getting error message declined, the app wont place a togo order at any of the locations. Many people have reported this issue to the developer and still has not been fixed. You have to use web browser go to ihop.com to place the order. Very confusing for the customer to place an order.

Food was okay but way over priced. I think there was 2 other tables when we arrived it still took 7 minutes to see a waitress and be seated. Over the course of 60 minutes saw waitress 3 times total the last 20 minutes were us just waiting to pay we had waited for anyone to appear so we could pay for our food at that time we were the only customers in the entire place and when she brought refills of drinks she saw we were almost done eating, in her defense i should have asked for the check.

Food came out fast, but extremely overpriced for dry pancakes. Only went here because it was my husbands Birthday and this is where he wanted to go. We had a party of six so gratuity was added, which is completely fine and understandable, but shouldn’t we still get service at least? Feel like she knew it was included so just put us last on her list. Not only that but she helped herself to an extra $15 on my credit card. Took a week to get ahold of management to explain to them that this is fraud, and illegal. No apology, no follow up like she promised. Nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card and got it Reimbursed. If you go here, which I wouldn’t recommend obviously, check your bank statements. So many better breakfast options out there. I will never go to an IHOP again.

It's good food. Classical American dinner with some flair. It's a huge chain. If you've never been to an IHOP, this location is great to one to try. Food is always fast and accurate, and the staff is nice.
If you have a sweet tooth, this is YOUR place. If you don't have a sweet tooth, it's good, not great.

It's IHOP, what are you expecting? The food is overpriced, compared to other options that don't have a national chain association the food is poor quality, and you get the vibe the franchisee is doing the bare minimum to stay open.

We seldom go to ihop, but we've really enjoyed this location when we do. It's an ihop, so when you go, you can typically expect to wait for a table, friendly staff, and decent food. I've seen some ihops that didn't live up to these expectations, staff visibly stressed and overworked, food coming out subpar, tables messy... but this location has never felt that way. The staff, even when busy, tends to have an order to the chaos, friendly demeanor, and if anything isn't exactly as you wanted it, they are always quick to fix and kind. On our last visit, they switched the machine that made their hot cocoa, and my daughter didn't like it. The waitress was apologetic (even though she had no control over the machine) and even tasted the hot cocoa as it came out. She acknowledged that it tasted too sweet and was actually gross removing it from our bill unprompted. She was very personable and even made us all laugh a few times. So, while I don't go to ihop often, when I do, it will be to this location.

The food was fine but prices were deceiving. The prices in the store are all higher than posted online. Kids meals were $9.99 each with a $2 upcharge for chocolate milk. The menu clearly said that chocolate milk was an included option for the kids meal. 2 adult entrees and 2 kids meals cost $56 before tip.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are expensive. Extra charges for specific beverages were not disclosed in the menu.
they food fast cold, and only decent. the service was .... ok. my server didn't listen to what I wanted, so I had to repeat my self a lot, still did not get what I wanted. the prices are not clear, and overly expensive.
