The closest we’ve ever come to bad food or service is … never.The food is delicious, hot, tasty, and wonderful.The service is top notch. It may because we order frequently, but the owner recognizes who we are (and even knows when we last ordered), and remembers our typical orders (we’re somewhat consistent in who gets what).I only rated the atmosphere as middling because it’s been ages since last there (most orders are to go) but I have fond memories of it & can only assume a place that makes magnificent food as an atmosphere to match.

I happened to order from Uber Eats.Food was great!However, and totally my fault for not paying attention, they really get you on prices under "other"!!!Happened to notice when I was going to Uber eat again.The more food you order, the "other" prices go up. Significantly.Sad. Really enjoyed the food bit will NEVER order delivery again.

They have raised their prices and taken several things off the menu. I recently ordered for delivery and 10 minutes before it was to arrive they notified me that they canceled my order cause they didn’t have a driver. That’s the second time that has happened .

The location is off the strip but this place is seriously a hidden gem. From the outside it didn't look like much but walk inside and it's a totally different atmosphere.

I have been a customer with Jade 88 for the past fifteen years. I use a wheelchair for mobility assistance; in the past I had mostly relied on the restaurant's own delivery service, which was discontinued during the COVID-19 pandemic, and replaced with a third-party delivery service, which brought up the cost of a meal quite significantly. A few days ago I decided to dine in, but upon arrival at the restaurant was promptly turned away at the door with the reason that my wheelchair could damage the restaurant's interior. I was told if I wanted to dine inside I would have to leave my wheelchair in the parking lot and walk on my own -- something I would not be able to do. I was not even given the opportunity to order takeout, for I was not allowed to enter the restaurant at all. While I have greatly enjoyed the food from this restaurant in the past, it is quite disheartening to know they are so reluctant and unwilling to accommodate a person with a physical disability.
