Used the Drive-Thru and while the service was excellent, fries again were cold. This is like the 3rd time in a row. While the Main Course was hot, my side (🍟) wasn't and that takes away from the experience for me. I'm seeing this at other similar competitive restaurants as well and perhaps I'll just go back to Sandwich only from now on.
10/7/25 11am. Ordered the double cheeseburger to go and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Good and hot and I didn't really have any interaction with anybody there so I can't report on that. I could briefly hear the employees talking and they seem to be happy and satisfied. The place was clean and the parking lot was clean and in good condition.
Went through the drive-thru was not impressed they didn't know what they were talking about or doing at either window. The food was good and the shakes were two but they screwed up on how much we owed them and they screwed up the order 😵💫
