Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I rarely review restaurants, but wanted to leave some comments regarding the service and atmosphere from our visit tonight.
We were celebrating a birthday and had 5 adults and 5 children on a Saturday evening and I was worried it might be a challenge to get seats or would be met with some irritation with such a large group.
Much to my pleasant surprise, the hostess was very kind and courteous and got us set up very quickly.
Next, our server, Nick, who I believe also helped to get our table set up, was incredibly helpful, kind, energetic, quick and didn't miss a beat. He got every single order correct, was continually bringing out breadsticks, soups and salads at a rate I've hardly seen before WHILE serving other tables and with a smile on his face and such enthusiasm. He was very kind and even helped us sing happy birthday for our dad.
On our way out of the building, we were wished a good evening by a few staff and it was just an all around nice meal and outing! Whatever they are doing at this Olive Garden, they're doing something right!

Our server Nick was AMAZING. We both agreed best server we have EVER had at any restaurant. he was so cheery and nice. he definitely held the spirits up throughout our whole experience, and was very timely.

We went for our son’s birthday and had such a great time! Our server was fun, fast, and friendly, and other staff jumped in to bring our food so everything came out quickly. Really appreciate the smooth service and great atmosphere. Made it so easy to just relax and enjoy celebrating!

My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.

My 17-year-old pasta-loving daughter wanted to go out for dinner for her pre-surgery feast, and I suggested Olive Garden. To my surprise, she revealed she had never been there — cue my mom guilt! 😅

From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. Even with a full parking lot, we were seated quickly. As a wheelchair user, accessibility is important to us, and Olive Garden had plenty of space for Maddy to move around comfortably.

Our server, Jon, was fantastic! Kind, attentive, and helpful, he made Maddy feel at ease while walking her through the menu. She started with the chicken gnocchi soup, which she described as “tasting like a warm hug.” Her eyes lit up at the sight of unlimited breadsticks and, of course, the joy of endless cheese on her meal. For the main course, she chose the classic chicken fettuccine Alfredo, while I had the delicious 3-meat manicotti. Both were absolutely amazing!

And dessert? A must! We indulged in the tiramisu and the decadent 3-tier chocolate goodness. Every bite was worth it. We left completely full, but even better, Maddy now has a new favorite restaurant. She can’t wait to share her experience with her friends!

Thank you, Olive Garden, for turning what started as a “mom fail” into a memorable and joyful evening. We’ll definitely be back!

It is, what it is, a chain Italian restaurant. The food is consistantly good. Is it as good as a highend Italian or family owned, debatable. I prefer more spices, but for the general public, it is very good and consistent in taste, mood, and atmosphere.

Always Love this place for soup and salad. The Minestrone soup is excellent. Staff is always super nice as well!!!

Our waiter was Will. He was very sweet, worked hard and was attentive. The staff in general is very nice and we appreciated the prompt service, even with how busy it was.
