Very kind staff and consistent drinks.
Vegetarian options: Most of the drink menu can be made vegan. Many options for vegetarian breakfast and snacks including impossible sandwiches (with egg and cheese) and snack trays. Plain bagel is the only vegan food so far however.

I go here all the time, probably twice or more a week. Everyone is nice and stuff comes out quickly. Rarely had a problem with any drink and the one time I did they were happy to remake it.

Parking: Limited parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking but there is no handicap accessible button for individuals who need extra help. And there is not enough room for a wheelchair to get to/from without bumping into a chair or table so be aware.
