12/16/25 11:30am. I went for Taco Tuesday and it was busy. Maybe because Oak Park height is closed and I saw that manager working at this location now. It's fairly quiet inside. This location had black pepper which I like on tacos so I was surprised by that. Wi-Fi is weak and was hard to get a cell signal. Parking is a little different in that you can't park right in front like other Taco John's. There is seating outside. There are two restrooms unisex and the one...
I wish every single taco bell would turn into a taco Johns. The food is always SO yummy here. I love the bean burritos and fried chicken/fish tacos. Best churro I've ever had was here. OMG it's just all so good, I don't even care if I have to wait because it's FRESH.
Taco John's Oakdale has not only the best midwest taste and style that Taco John's is famous for, and potato Olés with nacho cheese of course!
