We stopped for lunch. I had the steak sandwich and my brother had the shrimp basket. Both were good and reasonably priced. Old school diners are so much better than the fast food or chain restaurants. You won’t regret stopping here.
We ate at Ogilvie recently. No reason to stop in this town except Double J cafe. If you want to feel like you're in the twilight zone or have a time machine, this is the place to go. There cannot be many of these places left. We had an amazing breakfast.
just a little mom and pop type place.( don't judge the building)
good burger, but I should have ordered fried onions with it) and crispy golden fries! ..with soda and chili, less than McDonalds. the older gentleman was so sweet. I left feeling like I ate at gramma and grandpa's. Service with a smile!
