The staff is obviously stressed and needs some support. No ice in ice machine, soda is flat and customers were beginning to stack up. Ownership needs to step up. Food was great, as always. Just feel bad for staff. They are kids and they deserve better.

I haven’t ate in 10 days. My kids at home are starving. I needed food for them and they just deny me of service at 8:22 PM. This is absolute ridiculous. I’m only 100 4’4. I struggle with anorexia and I have severe depression. This may be my 13th reason. Before you start a business, please think about what other people are going through. That’s all I have to say just know you could make someone’s day better but you decided not to.

Second time in less then 2 months I got food and it's wrong!!! I hate pickles and mustard when I asked for ONLY KETCHUP I didn't think it was that hard. I have not gone back since the last time I had this happen and here we are again!! Next time I'll order to go from Max's or the broaster.

Service was very, very, slow! When I got it home my order wasn’t right! They messed up our order another time. Always slow!

Never enough workers. Most orders even through drivethru the wait will be at least 30 minutes. Use of cell phone will handling food. Managers walks in and takes food from slots with out ordering. Meaning they take the food some else ordered. Long wait just to order because not enough employees to be at a set station. One person will be taking drive thru orders, inside orders, bagging and handing out. Most days just one person making food. Not worth the wait time and bad food.

Ordered from DoorDash tonight and there I guess isn’t enough doordashers in Olivia then DoorDash shouldn’t let people order from this location in Olivia,mn but that’s not it Dairy Queen hired another person a cook that don’t know how to read orders this at 11/30/2024 at 7:30pm do not know his name either but seriously get it together Dairy Queen!
