We are working in town and tried to eat at this restaurant a few times. The service sucks and the sandwiches do too. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is garbage. Takes 5 or more minutes to get a sub. Take online over in person orders first. Lady owner does nothing to speed up process. Not sure why she even works here. Go anywhere but this place in Olivia

The service here could definitely be improved. Staff interactions felt abrupt and unfriendly, and there was little sense of urgency in preparing orders. We visited around lunchtime yesterday, and while it was understandably busy, the employees were moving very slowly and the location appeared to be severely short-staffed. Hoping for a better experience, we came earlier today to avoid the lunch rush, but it seemed they were focused on a catering order. We weren’t acknowledged for 5–10 minutes, and when someone finally addressed us, it was with a curt, “What do you want?” A little friendliness would go a long way—and ideally, both friendly and fast service would make this fast food experience more enjoyable.

To top it off, the soda machine dispensed drinks with black flakes in them. When I mentioned it, an employee told me it was just because the machine is old. That’s not reassuring from a cleanliness or maintenance standpoint.

I’ve had a few awkward experiences at this location—specifically with one employee who works the evening shift. Most recently, I walked in, greeted him with a “hi,” and got no response at all. He just looked at me and stayed on his phone. After I paid, I said “good night” and again, nothing.

What really makes things uncomfortable is how he reacts whenever my wife asks for extra mayo on her sandwich. The first time, he told her it was “just going to fall off,” and his body language made it clear he wasn’t happy about the request. Now, anytime we go and she asks for extra mayo—no matter what he’s doing—he visibly shakes his head in disapproval. It’s just weird and makes us feel judged over something so small.

To be fair, the morning staff is always friendly and professional—we’ve never had any issues with them. It’s just this one guy in the evening who consistently makes the experience unpleasant.

updated store with newer parking lot. For online orders only can submit your order on the app and just drive to pickup window for online orders submitted through the app.

Vegetarian options: Pick any veggies and dressings or vinaigrette etc mix and match with both lettuce and spinach also have avocado available and olive oil, vinegar, fresh veggies u can see they are fresh daily or get veggie sub salad or wrap and have the option to add egg or meats n cheeses

Parking: Parking lot is big enough to drive a camper or boat or trailer behind a pickup but it not big enough to drive a semi around building through parking lot unfortunately. Can risk parking on frontage road if the local police don't ticket you lol no joke! Or risk it like most do or park at corn cob rv camping area or Mac's Hardware.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of booth or table or talk table settings also wheel chair access and highchairs available to use free of charge. Also have applesauce and juice boxes and both white and chocolate milk options

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk gradually gets higher or thicker but not too much still could just push up the inch in difference from parking lot to sidewalk in front of door

Yesterday at noon I had a bad experience in this place. Bad attention, racism on the part of the young woman who attended me and even insults. very bad customer service. please talk to your employees.

The food is good but the attitude of the ladies who prepare the sandwiches is very bad, it seems that they are forced to be there. If you really want food from here, it is better to order online and only pick it up at the window.

The workers have zero motivation. My last time eating there, there was a moth between my sandwich and wrapper and I completely lost my appetite. Highly recommend not eating here.
