Very good service provided today at this restaurant located inside Grand Casino Hotel. Nice selection of food. I chose the Prime Rib special today that came with baked potato, carrots and aujus. It was very delicious and cooked just perfect. All in all, a very great visit!

Wr usually make it to Grand Casino at least once a month for the specials and some gambling. We went for the prime rib this time and was very disappointed. Asked for med rare and ours were closer to a medium well, a baked potato should not need a knife to cut into bite size pieces and the carrots were closer to uncooked than cooked. This is the first time we've been disappointed in the food. The good thing is the service was fast and our server was friendly and efficient. Plus we didn't walk out total losers either. Hopefully next month will be better.

We were taken to our seats where we waited over 5 minutes before they even asked for our drinks. The dude that was our server seemed super stoned or something idk what his deal was. We ordered 2 burger baskets with fries and cheese curds It took well over 20 minutes and the appetizer didn’t come till after we got our food. So we get out burgers and they gave my girlfriend MASHED POTATOES!! who tf orders MASHED POTATOES with a burger. So then they scrape the potatoes off and don’t even get her a new plate they had gravy all over her burger and remnants of mashed potato on her plate. we notified the server and they didn’t seem to care one bit. They gave us half off of our cheese curds. Then I paid our bill with 100 my change was 76.97 after I used some comps and our server brought my change back and he only gave me 35$!!!!! I had to call him back over there and said he made a mistake and under his breath he was all like “oh I’m sorry I’d never try to steal I wouldn’t steal” never said anything about stealing. Obviously you were trying to get a tip for your absolutely disgusting attitude and terrible service. I’ll never go back here to eat again. Worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. You’d think they’d be held to a higher standard considering how much money flows through that place. A complete disgrace and disregard for people.

2 prior visits the past 1/2 yr were good. Good food & service. Most recently was another story. Was solo this time, to meet others later. So sat at the bar. Ordered a golden ale/pilsner, but got a dark bock. When I told her it's the wrong beer, she acted like she didn't believe me. Another bartender overheard and said some work was done on the lines and some got hooked up wrong. I ordered food within 10 minutes. And patiently waited .... 1/2 hr, 1 hr, 1hr 15 min. Still no food & no updates on the delay. Two couples on the other side sat down shortly after I did. They had already got their food, ate and left, 1 hr, 20 min later, I was going to leave, hungry. I mentioned this to the bartender, but all I got was excuses. I asked for a manager, who finally came out with my food a few minutes later. Not a good experience!

I love this place, my wonderful, caring, and beautiful waitress saved my food from the window that exploded above my table and picked out the glass out of my food, still had a few chucks but it was so good I risked it all!
