We walked in, early on Friday evening. We were totally ignored, and the 2 women behind the bar, just gave us dirty looks. After several minutes, with no acknowlegement of our presence, we got up and left. Guess if you're not local, you aren't welcome.

We’ve stopped by here a few times on our way from the city to Aitkin. The food has always been wonderful and the staff is always welcoming.
Even the local regulars are welcoming. We had such a great time with a regular this last time we stayed for an extra round.

Honestly, we would have loved to try the place but when we came in, we felt like we were purposely being ignored. The server/bartender seemed to be going out of her way to not give us service, and she didn't seem that busy. She didn't even say a word to us and we were there for a while before we gave up and left. The lady who was sitting next to us whispered as we were leaving "yeah, I'd leave too", so maybe whoever was working is just genuinely terrible at service. But oh well, we went down the street to Cedarwood family restaurant and they were great.

Just stopped in on July 6th at 5:35 on a Saturday afternoon. We sat ourselves, Noone greeted we moved to the bar again no service. Left without saying a word.
This place is absolutely amazing... we came in late to eat and the Bartender Jeannie was absolutely amazing... I can't thank her enough for the service she gave us.... what a great bar... the pizza was amazing.... I would definitely come back and I'd recommend people to check it out.... Great Job

Wonderful small-town bar. Has a couple pool tables, a dart board, pull tabs, digital pull tabs, one of those quarter push and drop machines, a jukebox, and ample seating (as well as a patio). The bartenders are friendly and attentive, and service is quick and accurate. I've only had the deep fried apps and pizza, but if the kitchen is anything like the rest of the bar, I doubt you would be anything but pleased.
