Our service was awesome! I'll start with that. That and the chips warrants two stars. Our waitress was friendly and attentive! :) but in our opinion the food was awful. Shared chicken fajitas for $18 and they were probably the worst Mexican fajitas I've ever had in my life. The chicken was so rubbery, grisly, over processed and flavorless. Tasted like fake chicken. They were generous with their portion size for sure, the peppers and onions were good. The chips and cheese were also good! But honestly for a place that advertises "authentic Mexican" I was severely disappointed, this was very far from authentic. They also had No queso, and sour cream in individual packets. I won't be going back. Also appreciated the effort of making a margarita "spicy" for me, although I definitely did not expect it to be made with pickled jalapenos lol wish i would have been told that. I assumed a Mexican restaurant would have fresh jalapenos. But that's my bad for assuming.

My girlfriend and I stopped in on the way to Grand Casino and had our usual taco basket. These are by far the best tacos we have ever had and waste no time in looking at menus. They pack these tacos with so much meat and toppings that you literally have a small taco salad leftover. I absolutely recommend stopping and getting these tacos to anyone!!

I was not dissapointed!This may just be my new favorite dish!Just in case you are wondering, bring an appitite and a friend or two to assist you in leveling this mountainous dish of Nachos which is stacked with beef or chicken, beans, crisp fresh lettuce, diced onions & tomatos Topped with Cheese and Jalapenos. They also provide a choice of 3 fresh salsas as well as ample chilled sourcream served on the side!*❣️*Salsa with the Black Top=Very Hot but Very Delicious*❣️*Parking: Plenty of large parking spots!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

My husband & I used to love this place, but haven't been here since the pandemic. We saw they were open & decided to stop in for lunch. This place has seriously gone down hill! I asked what they had on tap, and was told "Nothing". Their tapper was out of order & has been for quite some time. The menu didn't have half the stuff that it used to either, so we finished our one beer each and decided to leave. I decided to use the restroom before we left. Lol! Never have I ever been in a restroom that didn't have locks on the inside of the stalls. At Chicos, they're on the outside of the stalls! (As seen in my photo) What the heck?! Is this so someone can lock you in? Guaranteed we won't be back.

This place is a must stop if tour after food on a budget or just want a nice place to sit and watch the game. Portion are very good, in fact I bet you can't eat a whole half nacho! Beware of young children who can read you might catch a classy saying hanging on the wall and might not be prepared to explain to your younger Einstein...highly recommend

Good food, great service - even when busy. Large, filling portions, everything was fresh. Ribs on Saturday were pleasantly tender and had good flavor. Will definitely stop again.

Have driven by this place for years on our way to/from cabin. Parking lot is usually pretty empty. Decided to finally go and check it out. Nice bar area and decent dining space. While you would think from the outside you are walking into a Mexican restaurant it is but it isn't. Some good Mexican dishes (my mom LOVED) the flavor of the chicken in her tacos. And also a mixture of traditional bar fare food - hamburgers, salads and that night (Friday) was also all you can eat shrimp. We stuck with the Mexican food and enjoyed a nice margarita. The food portions are HUGE! You will not leave hungry. Space was clean and service was good. Not sure I'll be rushing back but certainly glad to finally check it out and would go back.
