2-9-24 The food wasn't hot and my mom fell in the parking lot there was 3 employees and no manager they did nothing about it I feel that there should be at least 5 employees at all times including the manager or they need to shut this location down till they have more

Worst dq ever. We were the only ones in the drive thru and 1 car parked outside. Took 17 minutes to get someone to place order another 15 minutes to receive order. We won't be bqck.

I have visited this Dq recently. And things and really picked up there. The staff was pleasant, Very eager to please my needs my food was fresh and we received it in a reasonable amount of time For being short staffed I would say they do quite well

Hours posted online are inaccurate: we went to the store to use a coupon we got in the mail. Once we arrive, there is simply a paper sign on the drive thru microphone stating “Closed on Tuesdays due to staffing” That is understandable, but we decide to try again the following day. We got there before 8:40pm, and we waited at the microphone and asked for help a few times, then pulled up to the window. The girl working there opened the window to inform me they were closed. They closed the store and stopped taking orders over 20 minutes before the posted closing time. Extremely disappointed, waste of a trip, the staff is appears to be lazy and unkind.

Went there to try the new snickerdoodle blizzard. Asked if they put the chocolate chip cookie dough in it, which they replied that they didn’t but offered to put chocolate chips in the blizzard for us, which we adamantly said we didn’t want. When we received the blizzard it had chocolate chips in it…Went back through the drive through and told the girl what the issue was and asked if she could fix it. She told us that the chocolate chips came in the ice cream mixture, which I knew was not true, and said the only way she could fix it was to take the blizzard back and go and take each individual piece out. Instead of admitting the simple mistake and fixing it, she made an excuse and we basically had to make her fix her mistake and give us another blizzard but a different flavor. I don’t recommend going here at all.

Went to this DQ August 30th at 4:00 pm, went through the drive-thru,there were 4 of us in the car. We all wanted blizzards, the worker there said just a minute, went on to wait 5 minutes or more with no check back. Looked like they were to busy chatting up the teens ahead of us through the drive-thru window. We left empty handed, may never come back.

11:40 am. 2 Medium chocolate dipped vanilla cones & chicken strips. Cones melted and fell apart as we drove away from pick up window; chicken strips were cold - had to throw it all away before we hit the highway less than 300 yards from the building!

All the bad reviews which the owner responded to but how about “owner” DO SOMETHING about your bad restaurant! We are NOT stopping there due to horrible reviews.
