Refusal to open the places front door even though it’s connected to a gas station that is open, forcing people to go through the drive thru in a parking lot FULL of people with trailers, as this is a highly trafficked recreational area. Not exactly what I would call a business who cares, so I’ll just imagine how they treat hygiene and food service.

The potato oles and tacos were fine. Nothing crazy.
They're extremely understaffed, it took about 15-20 to get our food with literally no one else in there.
Flies were are all over the trash & the soda machine area was pretty gross.
For quick stop to get some food it does the job, but I'd never seek this place out or go here again most likely.

We went to order breakfast at 10:45 and the cashier gentleman didn’t know the menu very well and did not know how to take orders on the computer system. Selecting wrong items and not knowing how to void. Then seemed to have no idea how to make our order so he just stood around. After 30min we finally received food, 2 wrong burritos and missing a quesadilla and had to ask for our drink cups. The gal was nice and fixed our order and she was good at her job but just needed some useful help. I wish we would have seen their short staffed sign and change of hours before ordering. Current hours are 8:30am-8pm

This place is garbage. I placed an online order selected I'm here my wife tried to go inside but they had the Lobby closed. So then we had to wait in a Drive-Thru line for over 30 minutes even though they had already made my food as soon as they clicked I'm here. After waiting for 30 minutes I went back inside to ask if I could just grab my food because my wife was still waiting in the drive through. They were going to hand me my food and I asked how long has it been ready for they said about 20 minutes. I asked if the potato Oles were still warm and they said warmish. I asked can you make me some new ones? Thee lady threw my bag down on the counter and said it's going to be a while and walked into the back. I tried to ask them for a refund and then I just left. Today I had to dispute the transaction because they did not put a refund through.

Sign said due to staffing would only be open till 7. We were greeted by a valiant employee running the entire show. We had no option to eat in the lobby, see staffing concerns, but had 2 car loads ordering large orders just before the 7pm close. Food took a bit longer than usual but we appreciated this person's grace. Thanks and let's get this person the help they deserve, and accolades.

My wife and I stopped at the Taco John's on US highway 169 in Onamia MN. Ashley B was the only employee working and she did an amazing job. She took our order, made our food and served us all with a smile.
