Waited 15min in drive thru and there was no one in front of me! Ordered beef taco and got chicken! Ordered soft shell chicken and it was cold, had to go home and heat it up! My first and last time ever going there!

Sign said due to staffing would only be open till 7. We were greeted by a valiant employee running the entire show. We had no option to eat in the lobby, see staffing concerns, but had 2 car loads ordering large orders just before the 7pm close. Food took a bit longer than usual but we appreciated this person's grace. Thanks and let's get this person the help they deserve, and accolades.

Waited for 35 minutes in the drive through. For them to take our payment and now it’s been 40 minutes for our food. Fast food is not their motto…… hire more help. Now late getting back to work. 😒

I've never seen anyone move so slowly in my entire life. I was the only one in the whole place but it took them 10 minutes make my food and once it was done I stood and watched while they joked and laughed for another couple minutes while they slowly put my food in the bag. Then I checked my bag and only had half my dang order.

Where to start... Went to this location today April 4th 2025 in the drive through and paid for my 6 tacos and was told my card did not work over and over. Got home and checked my bank account and I paid 157.96 for 6 tacos. Called and was told I'll get my supervisor, but they just sat the phone down and never came back to the phone. Called again won't answer, used another phone to call and they picked up 1st ring this time, on speaker - definitely not professional! Now the supervisor won't be in till tomorrow. Right! What a joke of a place.. Rude and not competent to charge a customer credit card properly. Would not recommend this place at all. Would give this a Negative rating but not an option. We will be doing a credit card dispute on this because we all know we won't get a call back on this. Come on now, how many people have you all done this to!

The food and the service are pretty good, but they have a tendency to put everything away before they're scheduled to close. If you're going to advertise that you're open until 10pm, then you need to actually stay open until 10pm, even if it's just drive thru.
