when they screw up, they should offer to replace the pizzas and then maybe offer a discount on a future visit, not just offer the discount and tell you your stuck with what you got. I now have a pizza that no one will eat

We have been vacationing at osakis for 10 years and always get log cabin pizza. My favorite was always buffalo chicken. This year we ordered and besides the pizza being not really cut and having to use our own pizza cutter the regular pizza was great! Unfortunately the Buffalo chicken was the worst buffalo chicken pizza I have ever had. It was missing the main ingredient buffalo sauce. We will continue to order it but never again buffalo chicken.

Ordered 2 pizzas last week, and one was burnt on the bottom. No we didn't call and let them know. Tonight at 5:53 we ordered 1 lg pepperoni and 1 medium log cabin. We were told 30 minutes, when we went to pick up order at 6:25 they hadnt even started 1 pizza
