A truly amazing theater experience! Bunce is welcoming and full of talented & incredible people. Summer shows are a blast (especially the pit orchestra)!

They do an awesome job

This was an awesome surprise! The show was way better than I had expected when I heard that we were going to "back yard theatre". Live musicians accompanied the performance adding another level of enjoyment for the audience. Actors all did a great job, the singing and choreography was far better than I had anticipated. In addition, although it is "free" I had no problem contributing to the free will donation that they had set up as it was an enjoyable night of theatre in a causal environment for my family, and well worth it. Other people were bringing in food, so I you may want to bring in snacks, but they did have some basic concessions, including pizza, on site, and it's another way to help support the group. I definitely recommend going, even if you would need to drive a ways to get there. Where else are you going to walk through a small hobby farm, into someone's literal back yard, and see a high quality, community theatre-style performance in your own camping chair.

Amazing local theater. Free (goodwill donations accepted) community theater. Such outstanding work done by this group. Audio was professional quality and performance made the show really pop!

My family loves Bunce! What an incredible opportunity to introduce the arts and a love of theater to young ones. The experience is free and they offer opportunities for donations, but it is never pushed on you. So if you can donate, you do; but if you can’t afford a donation, you can still enjoy the show without being made to feel guilty for not donating! The actors do a great job every year. There’s plenty of parking. Concession stands for snacks. Or you can bring your own. And always clean portable toilets available. Come early with your camp chairs and bug spray to get a good spot!
